When I tried to ask a question, she walked away and pretended not to notice, then went over to the shirts and was telling him "not to waste his money here" and holding things up to him to grab. For the store layout, it's truly just cards everywhere with little to no physical games. There are still plenty of other locations with physical releases, so I'm not sure why this one was just gatcha heaven. Completely disappointed, won't be coming back to this location again.

This store also has a lot of collectibles too! My mom and I stopped by this store in early April during our Universal Trip. There was plenty of toys, souvenirs, gifts, and apparel at this store! This store also offers package delivery available. You can have your gifts shipped to your house! You can also have it go to your Universal Studios hotel if you're staying at a Universal Studios hotel! The team members were great here! We had a team member ask us if we needed help! This store is one of the first stores you see if you're entering the Marvel Super Hero Island from the main entrance.

They've got a lot of great merchandise to choose from, I was very tempted to buy more than I needed. But I found the willpower and bought the cutest Mickey plush that says "My First Mickey 2026," perfect for a newborn baby! I also purchased a bottle of water. They have mobile checkout so it made paying really easy, and I'm able to get my cast discount applied through it as well. Once the purchase is complete, it creates a QR code to show to a cast member when you leave. They scan it and boom, you're done. I love this store and will definitely come back when I can.

They also provide mins for most Prepaid phones and is the one and only local location that sells 10$ boost reup cards!! The also sell Video games and systems, and prepaid internet (for good price), and from what I can tell (havent checked it out yet) public use of gamesystems in store. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. While we wish they sold more masks and costume accessories, we were pleasantly surprised by how many cool items they did have. The store is very clean and well-organized. Highlights included the giant Gremlins and Pokémon vending machine, though sadly it was out of order, it was still fun to see! We also noticed a neat speakeasy out back that we definitely want to check out next time. Overall, this is a great spot for any nerd, collector, or cosplayer. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to come back!

Nice shop and Great customer service…read more While I mainly look for vintage figures the shop seemed to have a nice mix of modern and vintage depending on what you're looking for. They also had a nice selection of comics. My main collecting focus right now is old Mattel Secret Wars figures, while I didn't see any of those the Horror Figure section caught my eye. We ended up leaving with a set of Halloween 3 Toony Terrors and 2 of the 2012 Figures Toy Company reproduction Mego Mad Monster figures. All in all a solid shop we'll stop at whenever we're in town.
