So I took my cards in for PSA grading, the store told me I would receive updates on my cards shipping and the GameStop.com would show the status on were my cards were. After three weeks I had no updates so I called the store for a refund because it never showed my cards being shipped! Then they said once PSA gets my cards I would receive another update, well it's been a month and all I know is that my cards have been shipped! Not sure were my cards are? And when I call the store they never or hardly ever answer the phone. The customer service is the worst! I would never recommend you doing PSA with them ever since they can't communicate worth a piss! I feel like I just lost 200 dollars in the two cards I wanted graded. I will never trust this place again due to the poor communication within there service! Absolutely horrible! Not that they care. I hope these stores go out of business! They absolutely suck! I'm very disappointed. I used to spend lots of money there and I will not renew my pro pass again. Thank you GameStop employees at Moreno Valley (on eucalyptus st). If I could give Gamestop a 0, I would. I recall buying a game that had recently just came out for the Nintendo DS. The game I bought was suppose to be brand new. But when they sold the game, it was out of it's shrink wrap. I figured I'd let it slide. After purchasing the game, when I got home, I decided that I didn't want the game anymore. So without ever opening the game, I came back to Gamestop the next day to return it. They wouldn't take it back, because they said it was open. ‹^›(ò.ó) I've checked online, and apparently, they do this with a lot of their games. They have a few open, let their employees bring the game home and play it, return it a few days later and sell it to their customer as brand new. Also, I don't recommend ever buying a Used game from them either. It's usually only $5 lower than a brand new game and if it's a Ps3 or an Xbox 360 game, you might lose any downloadable content that came with that game (since the previous owner will have used it already). For anybody that's looking to buy a new game or system. I suggest you go to Best Buy, Target, Costco etc. to get them. At least you'll know that the game will be brand new and has never been opened. I typically receive exceptional service at all GameStop's I visit, but this weekend was the exception. Experienced poor service and no common sense when it comes to making a sale. She lost a pre-order opportunity and a returning customer. I would not recommend this place for friends and anyone seeking any level of common sense or customer service. read more

The employees are really friendly and attentive to customers, especially Helen. She's super helpful, nice and definitely knows what she's talking about when it comes to current and upcoming games. Quite possibly the worst Gamestop ever built, and I've been to a number of Gamestops where I've been treated lousy (well, I've been treated lousy at every Gamestop location but one), and had nothing but bad experiences from this location. My first experience with this store was in 2008, when I was set out to buy the PS3/Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle (an official Sony bundle released at stores such as Best Buy and Wal-Mart. The bundle included the standard PS3 package as well as MGS4 free within the PS3 box) I called this store up to see if they had it, to which the guy on the phone said they in fact did. I went to the store, talked to the guy behind the counter, who then looked at me as if he was shocked I went in for a Metal Gear Solid bundle, and told me no such thing existed (despite seeing a PS3/MGS4 bundle box up on the display shelf), to which his Co-worker "corrected" him on that. He said a MGS4 bundle existed but through Gamestop ONLY, and you needed to buy MGS4 at full price, an extra controller at full price, and the PS3 at full price, then you will get $20 off your purchase (which would have cost me well over $700 dollars if I went along with it) Needless to say, I didn't go along with it and sat down the other game I was set to buy, and promptly left. I eventually bought the real bundle and the other game at a Best Buy in another city that same night, and was happy in that stores customer service and very pleased in the price which was nothing like Gamestops. My second, and FINAL, experience at this location happened earlier this year. I went in since they had a PSP game that was requested to be put on hold for me by another location. I went in, stood in line, and noticed the two employees. One was working, albeit being a snob to the customer ahead of me, and the other was not only making out with his girlfriend, but he was doing so BEHIND THE COUNTER. When I finally got up to the counter, and was helped, I was the feeling from the working employee that he really hated his job, and that I was an inconvenience. He was wasn't completely threatening, but he was certainly not any sort of good example of good customer service. I had made mention of this to the District Manager, who told me he'd get in contact with the store manager, and will have the store manager call me next day. Three weeks go by with no call what-so-ever, so I once again made mention of this to the D.M., who was actually kind enough to offer me a free game of my choice due to my poor experiences (which I redeemed at my favorite location on Canyon Springs parkway, and was in fact sealed in shrink wrap) read more

Shes not friendly and shes kinda rude. She doesn't answer your questions properly and if you ask for help you seems bothered. For anybody, living in the area of Perris, Moreno Valley who are trying to buy games. I would never recommend going to this Gamestop location to anybody, and you better off going to the ones on Day St, or for those living in Perris to go to the Menifee one. The Gamestop at the Mo Val mall is by far the worst location in that area. If you are wanting to go here for a reason, then my advice is always avoid the Hispanic counter lady with the glasses because she will rip you off, and to be honest does not know anything about video gaming. Went here to get my Wii traded off, and apparently she couldn't take the console only because the little Gamecube strip piece was broke off, and because one of the remotes apparently had "rust" on it. Check it myself, and no rust was found on the remote. A week later I went to the Menifee Location to trade off my Wii, and they gave me $70 dollars for it, including the games, and the "rusty" remote. So for those in the area trying to go to Gamestop always avoid the Moreno Valley Mall location, or if you're going there because the game you're looking for is in that location, always avoid the Hispanic lady with the glasses because she don't know anything about games, and is just going rip you off. I don't want you have the same bad experience as I did. read more
