The next day He sent me photos of the ones available. Mind you for Facebook yardsale they were overpriced, usually they're $5-8 used, but I understand the cost of a physical business. Before I wrote back I needed to check which ones I already had or had completed, but before I could do so had a personal emergency that prevented me from writing back to the message right away, which he should have understood could happen based on his own message. He wrote the next day, any interested, then I just get a message that says "There is no common courtesy these days..." Meanwhile on my end I'm handicapped from a recent spinal neck surgery going through a medical emergency and I come back and find this rude message when I went to write back a few days later about the puzzles. Had actually planned to buy all but one but this guy's snarky rude remark definitely does not make me want to get the ride over to do business with him and his overpriced puzzles. What a absolute jerk who obviously does know how to offer good customer service. Started off strong only to be an utter disgusting disappointment of a business.
