I thought this was supposed to be a store where you could get bargains, apparently not and to top it all off when I got out to my car, the perfume that I had bought and had the pump part to spray was removed so I had to go back into the store and get a new one then I had to wait at the register for the guy who was in the back putting things away for about 15 minutes truly ridiculous. I don't think I'll shop here. I think I'll go to the New Albany location from now on.. if you're the manager of this target, please take notice you have a lot of problems that need to be worked out and I hope you get them changed before you lose a lot of your customer base .

I found a few items that my son might like for his upcoming birthday and a few ideas for my daughter for Christmas. This particular store the staff didn't acknowledge me but I truly just wanted to slip in and out without any acknowledgement I always feel a little sleezy here

It is my first time here and since I told her that, she went in detail about their store and what they sold and where it was. I received some stuff from a deceased co-worker's husband. I brought it all back and the gentleman took probably 20 minutes going through everything I had. He knew about parts and models and everything. My friend introduced me to the store and I just had to get something. It's pricey but honestly, you get to pick the stone you want. That's a selling point and not something I see at jewelry stores. They make it right there for ya once you're ready to pick the design. They also sell candles and frames. You can get a discount on your birthday month, but I probably won't come often enough for me to do that. I got some earrings on sale while my friends got bracelets and rings. Love this place!! These are the type of issues that will insure I will never shop at a Kendra Scott again.
