We had 22 kids - ages 15 months to 8 years, so definitely not easy to manage, but she did...and made sure to keep the attention on the birthday girl while not totally ignoring the others. She sang a song, painted faces, read a book and helped us sing happy birthday all in an hour, but none of it felt rushed at all.
