My experience is shopping only, but selling. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The changing rooms were tidy as was the merchandise in the stores. We went on a day when a good portion of items in the store were BOGO. Left with 4 items in very good condition (like new) for a total of under $35! They seem to be pretty selective about their inventory so I'm guessing the selling experience might not be so pleasant. I didn't see a lot of upper end Designer labels, but plenty of good brands (not discount store stuff). Very organized and good sale prices, very recommendable. read more

I didn't need any help, but I wasn't offered a bag and when I wanted to get in the fitting room, my hands were full with product. I tried to sell clothes here, thankfully made it right before the cut off to drop off and I had discussed with team member the possibility of handling sale the next day, she had confirmed with me that that was possible and that I could come in before 1 PM and get it handled. I come in at 10:40 AM the next day and find out that I was shit out of luck. I guess she didn't leave a message with the opening staff or something but that was really frustrating to deal with. I would've appreciated if I would've been notified that I couldn't cash out the next day, either when we were initially talking or by a phone call or text. read more

The workers in there are so rude to deal with. It's so interesting how they expect the clothes to be brought in folded nicely then give them back to me just balled up and tossed into a bin. This isn't a goodwill so I don't know why they act like it. read more

If you are a size 1X and below, this is the perfect store for you. They have a large selection of clothes and top brands. You will definitely find something you love. If you are a size 2X and above (like me), this is NOT the store for you. I loved all over the store for plus size clothes and found none. I have heard wonderful things about this place, but am disappointed I couldn't find anything for me. I do love how modern and clean the store is. Ask them how long of a wait it would be before giving them your clothes to sell. I waited over 2 hours for them to go through my clothing. They seemed to have a good amount of people's clothing to sort through but the workers seemed more concerned about standing at the counter scrolling their phone than anything else. read more

I really wanted to like this place but I unfortunately did not have that great of an experience. I walked in with two boxes of clothes, some brand new and most name brand items. They said they would need 30 minutes for it to be done. I decided to walk around during that time and see what they had. They definitely had some cute things but the first thing I noticed is that nearly all of the women's clothes were size S. I don't appreciate that they weren't that inclusive size wise. I found a couple cute tops that I did end up buying at the end but they only took very few items and the ones they took were the smaller sized items I brought in. They didn't take the other nearly brand new items and dresses that were just bigger sizes. I'm not sure why, but it definitely is not a size inclusive location. That being said, the floor was also really gross and covered in dirt and lint. Won't be back. read more

Decided to check this place out after all the hype it's gotten on Tik Tok and I was severely disappointed. I went in to browse with another friend of mine and also had a basket of clothing I brought with me to try and sell. First I'll start with my experience selling clothes here. I had about 15 items of clothing with me and only 3 were taken for $9. I brought Lululemon, Madewell, American Eagle, and BDG (Urban Outfitters brand) and none of these were accepted. Unlike Plato's Closet, they also don't tell you why your clothes were or weren't accepted. Instead they took a Hollister shirt and 2 sweaters, one of which I actually thrifted. Now a little about my experience shopping here since I wandered the store while I waited for my clothes to be processed. Among first walking in the staff was rude and more concerned with gossiping with one another than helping a customer with a laundry basket of clothes in her hands. There were probably 10 other shoppers in the store and at least 4 of them had masks below their nose or pulled down entirely. The clothes were at the level of trendiness and of quality on par with Plato's Closet with everything costing above $15. All in all the staff was rude, the clothing to pick from as a shopper was not impressive, and they didn't even accept my best quality items I brought in. read more

Scene is VERY street, not upscale. Even music caters to a non-upscale crowd. Prices are also a lot higher than Platos and they carry their own "brands" at high prices. Can't recommend as a nice place to shop. Would prob do better at a real thrift store read more

The staff were super friendly. They left me alone for the most part cuz I don't like being bothered too much. I also brought tons of clothes in to sell it just sucks that they don't take a lot of plus size clothing. It's already hard to find 2xl in store I would at least thought I could find something. But out of my whole basket they only took 3 things.... I'm not really complaining cuz I understand that they buy things based on what is trending, but a lot of good plus size clothes are not gonna be name brands so when anyone brings a whole basket of plus size clothes I would just hope that they would take more of a consideration read more

I came here after doing a big closet purge to sell some clothes. The employees were friendly and they pay decent money for the clothes purchased. The wait time was minimal, which I appreciated as other similar stores have taken hours in my experience. However, the clothes they did not purchase, employees just threw rolled up into my bag. I wash all clothes and neatly fold them before bringing so they are clean and ready to wear. I understand they don't want to purchase everything, however, the reckless disregard for items unwanted is not appreciated. I planned to take all items they didn't purchase to a charity that supports local LGBTQ+ persons in need but now I have to re-wash and press the clothes as they look a mess from how poorly the staff handled the clothing. They don't need to perfectly fold everything but a few seconds to show a bit of care for someone's belongings is not too much of an ask. I really liked selling here until I received the unwanted clothes and saw the state of them. Disappointing. I didn't shop around so I can't comment on the pricing of items, however, the store was stocked with inventory and had a wide selection. If selling -- just know that the employees may show no regard for your clothing... I am glad I did not bring delicate or designer items this time for this reason. read more

I was very surprised with my visit here! I don't normally shop at thrift stores because it makes me uncomfortable ( not knocking them, I just get all itchy thinking about them). But I came here with an open mind, a few extra dollars and cup half full. I was truly surprised at what this place has to offer! There are some items that look like their brand. In my opinion, these items looked a little on the cheaper side and the quality wasn't fantastic. But I walked out with a Dolce & Gabbana sweatshirt, a brand new pair of red adidas shoes, a couple Libra bracelets, a pair of earrings, a new laptop bag and a pair of joggers for my boyfriend and I spent a little over $60! Tbh, there was so much more I wanted but ran out of time to shop. They sell high end brands and have a large selection. I wasn't too thrilled with the shoes but I have a common shoe size so finding a pair in the men's section was a win to me. The staff was nice although they did do a lot of gossiping behind the counter. I had a friend with me so it didn't bother me. I haven't had a selling experience here yet but I will say, I went in open minded and walked out with some really nice stuff. read more

They had a great accessory selection. I would compare it to a Plato's Closet but they have more trendy clothes, better accessories, and it was cleaner and nicer overall. i've shopped at uptown cheapskate stores before, but today was my first time going to this location. i've sold items at the hilliard location before and when home with a good amount of cash; i expected the same when i went in today wanting to sell my coach wristlet, a michael kors purse, and multiple vera bradley bags. of course, i understand that if they do not have a need for them, they will not purchase them - that's how re-selling items works and i'm well aware. what i did not appreciate was that after texting me and telling me that i could come get my items they were not interested in, i arrived to my items being lost on their watch. while shuffling through their bins trying to find my items, they questioned if I was "positive it was this location" ... I laughed because of course it was this location, and i knew they were trying to cover their tracks for my items being lost on their watch. the worker eventually found my items and guess where they were? the workers had put them in their donate bin DESPITE me deliberately not selecting the option to donate the items they didn't want. the worker handed me my items and i left. if you are going to this location, i STRONGLY recommend not attempting to sell your items here, as it is 1. a waste of time, and 2. they are not careful with your items when they are left in their possession. I would have stayed with my items if there was not an hour wait time and if i had known my items would not going to be treated properly. read more
