I waited for 3 hours for the release of the Magic the Gathering Gift Box and the Charizard Ex Set. I was at the very front of the line. When they opened the doors at 10am, they had neither available. My understanding is that the employees kept the merchandise for themselves. I feel that this is extremely unethical and rude to your customers. I am not why I paid for a membership if the employees are allowed to just buy up whatever they want that is advertised to the customer to be released a certain date, only to open the doors that day and it not even be there. read more

My friend bought me a ps4 as a birthday gift from a different GameStop and when we set it up it wasn't wiped and was the wrong model, so we rushed to this GameStop 10 minutes before closing and the two women on staff were amazing. Jess had me and my friends out the door with the right ps4 in 15 minutes and was so accommodating, she made the entire process so stress free and was very friendly throughout the transaction. Birthday saver! On another occasion I came to this GameStop unsure of what switch game to choose and the employee was super sweet and stood with me for awhile to help me figure out what would be the best choice for me. She was really easy to talk to and apparently has great taste in games because I've sunken HOURS in to breath of the wild. I've never had a bad experience at this gamestop. read more

While so many games are available bu download now if we want the physical game we head to this location if in the area. The staff is friendly and well informed and the selection of games is great! read more

This rating is not a reflection of the staff or policies. This location has had such severe water damage that when you walk in you are punched in the face with the smell of mildew. The ceiling has visible mold growing on it, which is a health hazard. This has been an issue for the last several weeks, and on our most recent visit was so bad that I had to step out. We will not be visiting this location again until they repair the damage and get rid of the mold. read more

So I pre-ordered Mass effect: Andromeda for my girlfriend about a week before it's release. We planned on picking it up at its midnight launch, because I had just assumed that gamestop still did that as they always have. That night the doors were locked and lights were out, so we assumed this location wasn't participating. We called around and no other gamestop had answered. Pretty bummed that we weren't going to get the game that night, we decided to check out walmart and luckily we found it right on the shelves. We decided to buy it there and refund the pre-order at gamestop. So the next morning I go into this location (where I previously pre-ordered the game) and asked for either a refund or cancellation on my game. The associate rudely asked why and rolled his eyes when I told him about them not having a midnight release. With attitude he asked me why I didn't drive by to see a "banner" they had up advertising their mass effect release party. Oh I didn't know it was my job to do that. I told him that nobody informed me about a party or lack of Midnight release when I bought the game. He then said that he was the one who sold me the pre-order and that he was sure he told me. I told him I had never seen him before and he proceeded to show me his name tag and the name on the receipt which both said KEVIN. I understand that your name is Kevin, but I bought the game from a blonde woman, not a bearded man in a snapback that looks like he drinks too many monster energy drinks. Anyway, point of all this is that I went in with a simple request but was met with immediate rudeness and negative attitude. I may have been wrong about them not having a midnight release, but when this company specializes in games and they can't be bothered to tell you important information when you pre-order, then that company doesn't deserve the business. read more

I looked up the store hours on Sunday for this location on GameStop's website. It stated 7pm. I also made sure that location had the game my son wanted to buy in stock. It did. While on line, my son used his power-up reward points to get $5 coupon off that game. We got to the store at 6:07 and the manager was closing up the store. The closing time on the door listed 6 pm. My son was not able to purchase the game as planned. When I contacted GameStop about giving my son his reward points back since it was clearly their error. They refused and offered no apology. They truly don't care about the error or the inconvenience is has caused a customer. Poor business practices. read more
