Sadly this store is close to home so we come here when we don't want to drive to our favorite location at South Lake. Apparently they were unable to help us return our order because we ordered online, though we just returned an order at the other location and was helped. He then quickly got defensive and rude when we shared this information with him (David M) and told us this was how he was trained. wouldn't recommend coming here at all, trust us and take the extra drive to South Lake, the guy there is amazing and so nice, worth the extra time to get there.

TLDR: They missed my son's birthday and never showed up!…read more I booked with them about a week in advanced and was very excited for the gaming van to come to our party. I worked out a great deal with Darrell. The company emailed me the price which was not what Darrell and I had discussed. I replied to the email and never heard back. I text him and never heard back. Finally I called him and he assured me the price would be what we discussed. In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. I'm not sure who runs this company, but I'd guess no one is really "running" it. They offered to make it up to me some how, but after asking a way for them to do that, no response again. Thank goodness I never paid anything upfront!

At many gamestops I find the staff to be one of three things:…read more1) Bored and unhelpful 2) Spazzy with bad social interaction skills, or 3) Trying so hard to push preorders that I want to punch them. The guys at this game stop seem to strike a good balance of friendliness, humor, and helpfulness. They, of course, ask about preorders (that's what they are made to do) but they don't cram it down your throat. They are always helpful. One time I was preordering a game (Aion) and they ran out of beta keys at the one I went to so they called the next nearest gamestop and asked them to hold it for me (the guys at the other gamestop were less friendly too!). If you live in the area try this one, the staff is the best.

When they opened the doors at 10am, they had neither available. My understanding is that the employees kept the merchandise for themselves. I feel that this is extremely unethical and rude to your customers. I am not why I paid for a membership if the employees are allowed to just buy up whatever they want that is advertised to the customer to be released a certain date, only to open the doors that day and it not even be there.
