Apparently they were unable to help us return our order because we ordered online, though we just returned an order at the other location and was helped. He then quickly got defensive and rude when we shared this information with him (David M) and told us this was how he was trained. wouldn't recommend coming here at all, trust us and take the extra drive to South Lake, the guy there is amazing and so nice, worth the extra time to get there.

I worked out a great deal with Darrell. The company emailed me the price which was not what Darrell and I had discussed. I replied to the email and never heard back. I text him and never heard back. Finally I called him and he assured me the price would be what we discussed. In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. I'm not sure who runs this company, but I'd guess no one is really "running" it. They offered to make it up to me some how, but after asking a way for them to do that, no response again. This was the second thing he argued with me about so I pulled up a wired 119$ used controller on the GAMESTOP website because I can't stand these know it alls who know very little. The controller sells new for 200$ and the wireless ones go way above that. I don't even think he is a gamer but he is very cocky. When they opened the doors at 10am, they had neither available. My understanding is that the employees kept the merchandise for themselves. I feel that this is extremely unethical and rude to your customers.
