This cute little shop has a wide range of some of the most popular anime and game figures that are out right now from plush characters to scroll poster and DVD's I can find just what I want here and for a decent prices that I would expect to find any where else. the people here are really nice and friendly. I can't for get about the big hello kitty and friends collection they have there as well. I can honestly say me my family and friends enjoy this little shop a lot and will be always doing business with them time and time again. I recommend this to any anime and game lover out there. And if your wondering about fakes and real items I personally don't give a hoot about if its real or not cause its the love for the anime that is more important to me I don't see dollar signs every time I see something I love I'm going to keep it and cherish the memories and enjoyment it will bring me. Great little place of nostalgia with reasonably priced items - I would say this Naperville location has the better selection (compared to the Lombard/Downer's Grove location) of DVDS/BLU-RAYS and video games and tons of old systems and paraphernalia you may need. They do have a small vinyl selection and an average sized used cd area, but it's not that large. You CAN still find some bargains for either, but it's just your average selection of general releases for the most part. Look for their sale and specials prices (buy 2, get the 3rd free for example on cds or dvds), especially between October and New Years. On Black Friday and Black Saturday for example, they had specials of like all dvds and used cds 70% off! I went on Black Friday and walked out with about 10 decent used cds and old dvds for under $12! Can't beat that! Nice selection of general music posters and POP figures, too. As stated, cool place to come for your old (or new) video gaming needs or if you want to stock up on used cds or dvds. They do buy your old stuff, but generally speaking you won't get much for it (you'll get more in store credit), but if you want to dump off a boatload of stuff you have no need for and don't want to deal with EBAY or Craigslist, won't hurt to stop here and see what you'll get. I come here often. Again, look for their sales especially around Black Friday and the holiday months as you can really "stock up" and pay a minimal price.

Warning!!!! Game Stop on Weber Rd is giving out false information and faulty systems…read more My son bought a used XBox on June 16 and the associate on the clock told him he had 30 days to return it. The box was marked as 30 day return. We were assured it worked and had even bought the extra warranty with it just in case that covered everything. The person working that sold it to us and told us verbally also you have 30 days to return it to get a refund. Assistant manager Jon said the associate had the wrong information. Again how is this our issue??? The system was faulty and lagging so my son took it back today and was told he would either have to sell it on Marletplace or trade it in. Why??? It had a 30 day return policy. They did say they would buy it off of him if he traded it in. He is a minor and was told to sign a paper. Should not have happened again last time I checked a minor. We went it because needless to say we were not happy! The assistant manager Jon told us oh well the associate should have verified he was 18 before having him sign. Didn't happen!!! We then wanted to get the system back so we can ship it in because apparently default systems can get a refund if we ship it but then again Assistant Manager Jon said there isn't anything they can do once a trade goes through it can't be reversed. Of course I was mad because a minor was told to sign a paper for trade was only to be signed by an adult 18 or older. He was given a gift card to use and it couldn't be reversed either so now infuriated. We told him to find what he can use the gift card on that is new and never opened because anything used they don't stand behind. Needless to say we have number to corporate and hope to get it resolved as my son is now out over $200.00 due to their misinformation. Will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

Pretty pitiful, I want to order the new Oura ring 5 online,…read morebut I thought I would go to a store and look at the display first. One to reconfirm my ring size is the same as Oura ring 4 and to see if I want rose gold or regular gold. I walk into the store and am greeted. I ask the employee where I can find the Oura ring display and he vaguely points to a corner of the store. I go that direction thinking as long as he sends me to the general direction of where the rings are, then I can manage to find it myself. The rings were not in that direction, so I spent the next 6-8 minutes looking for the rings. I could not find them and it took another 5 minutes until I was able to find another employee. Turns out they don't have the displays out, but I can go to the checkout to find the sizing kits. The lady at the checkout wasn't so helpful either, I was looking for a sizing kit to purchase so I can wear for 24 hours. But she just kept telling me to tell her the ring size I need and she will bring it out to me to purchase. Only problem is, oura ring number 5 is on preorder right now. So she probably can't go and grab it for me. I just said thank you and walked out. Overall my experience was remarkably unhelpful. I'll try another location and hope for a better experience.
