I then contacted GameStop customer service and they argued with me and said I was confused... after 5 more emails of fighting I finally got a refund. Between them not checking the products they are selling and the customer service being rude and unhelpful. I would advise shopping elsewhere. Don't purchase here if you want your preordered item sold! Preordered the Tears of the Kingdom amiibo, and not only was it sold before being picked up once, but TWICE! And when we did go to pick it up we were told they were closing the store for 30 minutes and to leave the store. The manager is cool, he tried to right his employee's wrongs by trying to find yet another amiibo, but no surprise, no luck! We just wanted our refund and to never return to this location. I hope they fired the employee who did this, because it was the same girl, Jasmine, who did it. read more

The customer service at this location is second to none. Two employees helped my wife and daughter with collectibles and could not have been friendlier. One of the employees even went in back to bring products out to show my family, you rarely see that. I am never in this part of town, but we will be stopping for sure. My husband had a coupon burning a hole in his pocket for a used game so we popped in while running errands in the same shopping plaza. We are glad we did. It is located in a large shopping plaza but parking was tough at mid-day. Not the store's fault but an issue when visiting. There was a large selection of new and used games. The gentleman working behind the counter gave his opinion about the game in which we were interested. He was friendly and helpful. I would be happy to return to this store. read more

This was not friendly store to go in, very weird unwelcoming vibes walking into this particular store. The person at the counter spoke in an angry rude tone of voice to me when I tried to ask a question. The Customer Service at this store is less than one star. Being friendly to customers is obviously NOT their priority. I will not go to this location any more for this reason. read more

I was going to give the store one star but since they helped me and showed the Astro A40 headphones to me, you get a star for that. Now to the big problem. I don't like managers acting like i'm dumb. I was asking if I didn't like the headphones, how many days would I have to bring them back? The Asian Manager says in a Smart-ass way " Zero Days"! I'm like what?! They he goes on saying " You should do your research first and any problems would be you and your system". Hey A**hole, I just need you to tell me the Gamestop Return Policy! I just left and won't be returning to this Gamestop when I can get the same product from Amazon with a better return policy and no Smart-mouth manager that's 19 years insulting me. I feel like it shouldn't take this long to buy one small accessory. I'm standing in line as i watch and listen to the manager have casual conversation with a couple while one person is ringing out people with obvious stress. Probably from the lack of manager interest to assist anyone. BTW, it was only obvious that the managers conversation was far from work related because he was the loudest thing in the store. I've waited at midnight game releases with less agitation and smoother transactions. read more

I was here last week a bought a controller and a video game the Morning employee was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I care back in the afternoon as the game I bought was defective the employee when I returned was very unwelcoming, rude, and condescending even though I bought a warranty on the game he made me feel as if I was thief trying to rip off the store. Customer Service has to be consistent this would of been a 4 star review but because of how I was treated due to a defective game this is what you can expect. read more

My little sisters first time at GameStop occurred today, and seeing all the fun video games and POP figure/figurine toys, reminded me of how fun GameStop really is!! The selection was very neat, well organized and not confusing. I'm impressed with the pre-owned Nintendos, wii remotes, and DS! I don't know who the guy working was but he needs more training in customer service. I had called to ask if they had a certain product in stock and he was very rude, said they did not have it in stock then hung up on me. If I ever need anything from GameStop, I sure won't be going to this location. I'll go back to the location off I70 & Tower Rd where at least their friendly and helpful. read more

This is the only place i go to get my games, just because the store manager is one of the nicest persons i have ever dealt with.

I've always had bad experiences at game stop so I just stop going and kinda forgot the existed and started ordering my games strictly online .. but in search of the SNES mini I had to go there and I'm thankful I did Chris made it the best , I went in soon as they opened and he told me they hadn't received shipment of them yet but told me to call as many times as I wanted to keep checking back for the shipment I was calling but it still hadn't came then they got their shipment and since I work a few buildings down he had the ups guy tell me that the shipment was there I booked it over there and finally got my hands on one I truly appreciated his customer service that's how u get loyal customers !!! And my co workers were able to run over and get one too we all appreciated it Thanks Chris !! read more

I don't live in Aurora anymore, but when I visit a Gamestop it is usually this one. The staff are friendly, talkative and laid back.
