However, what really sold me were two things: (1) the customer service of the staff and (2) the arcade's strive for innovation and progression in enhancing the VR experience. The staff where very kind and accommodating, even with our large party of 7. They did their best to provide a wide range of games for us to play. Trailer did stay the extra 15 minutes at the end, but by then parents were already arriving to pick up their children, so they technically got an hour and half of play instead of the 2 hours. It was definitely not clearly stated when booking or even on confirmation email. I scoured the website in case I missed something and could find nothing on age limits for VR. Kids were upset as they were looking forward to it. The kids ended up enjoying playing the games with their friends. The young man working with his Dad was great, helped the kids out quite a bit when they were having issues.
