Always asked how she could help/what we needed, even told me to stop cleaning up at one point and to enjoy the party. we decided to get the bounce house and baby climbing play station and it was a huge hit! the space was big enough for our party of around 50-55 people, yet small enough that parents could relax and not worry about following their children around to watch them. it's not easy to find a party venue during the cold months, though this company made it extremely easy, they even gave their honest feedback for cost savings for bringing our own beverages when i asked if they could provide. huge thanks to the staff for the overall experience and especially to Anna, she made a stressed out first time mom feel completely at ease the entire time. Every year they have the latest and greatest bounce houses and other party materials such as photo booths and foam machines. They don't have a store front but I think that helps them keep their costs down so they provide lower prices. Lyn is a great person to work with and be sure to ask for the latest deals. I came across this company by doing a simple google search, and I'm so happy I ended up booking with them! Super easy to work with, they have so many characters available and so many time slots. The birthday party was at a Jungle Java, and they had no problem accommodating that. The parents said that the kids were so entertained and engaged, they LOVED IT! I went for the 30min meet&greet option (they do songs and dances and pictures), it was absolutely perfect. Thank you guys again, you really made the party special!!
