I order four tabletop arrangements for a child's birthday party. My order was taken in advanced and I went ahead and paid the balance, in full. On the day of the party, they called me, before I even got the chance to call them. The party was right next door, so the guy offered to just take the arrangements over there for me. The offer, itself, was nice, but it was raining and pretty cold so that meant even more to me. It was a huge help because I stuck in traffic, on the way to do the setup. We were having a large family party and I did not have room for everyone in the house , especially if it rained, so I went looking for a tent. Party Paradise has a large store on Van Dyke with balloons and all the other paper products and party supplies needed. Jason did a great job in writing me up for a 20 x 20 tent, a bounce house and some tables and chairs. They set everything up the day before the party and picked up the day after. All the items were in very good condition and were delivered on time. The bounce house had been freshly washed inside and was ready to use. So good prices, great service and no problems equals 5 stars . As a side note... If your going to have a bunch of kids to a party..rent a bounce house... It will keep them busy and wear them out. I was waiting to order a bounce house for my daughters' birthday because of the weather forecast, but by Thursday morning, I thought I was safe to go ahead and order one. I called around, thinking that because it was September, I wouldn't have a problem with availability. I was wrong! Not only could I not find much available, what I did find was expensive or for a too short amount of time. I should have called Party Paradise first! Not only did they have what I wanted at a reasonable price, the price quoted included delivery and I was able to keep the bounce house from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon! For that length of time, I would have had to pay at least three times as much elsewhere! The delivery guy was very nice, accommodated my tiny window of time that I was going to be home on Friday and set everything up quickly. The bounce house itself was huge and clean (he told me they had cleaned it before delivery) and was the hit of the party. At one point during the day on Saturday, the motor went out. I immediately called Party Paradise and thankfully, they were there to help us. It turned out to be an electrical problem on our end, but they made sure we were up and running before we got off the phone. We had a lot of running around to do on Sunday afternoon, but they came by to get it without us having to be there, which was super convenient. We are definitely going to continue using them for our summer parties. Their prices can't be beat and their customer service is excellent! read more

Since before I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to do a gender reveal dart board for our gender reveal party. I had our gender reveal party planned for a long time and put a ton of work into it. When I placed the order for the balloon dart board, I made it clear this was our first gender reveal party and not to mess up. I was assured it would be perfect. I picked up the gender reveal dart board the night before our party and we had everything perfectly set up for the day of our event. The concept of the game is to pop 3 blue or pink balloons to determine what baby is! There were 16 balloons total, 11 which should be white, 3 which should have been pink (which we didn't know at the time), and 2 blue balloons. We started popping balloons and getting all of the colors. We were tied 2 blue and 2 pink balloons, and it came down to the VERY LAST BALLOON to figure out what our baby is! The very last balloon popped and it was WHITE!!!!!!!!! Everyone was in complete shock and our family was double checking the board to make sure we did not all miss something (we didn't, we all saw the same thing...that party paradise completely FAILED our gender reveal party) and the recordings stopped after that. Luckily we had two envelopes from the technician that she gave us that contained baby's gender. I immediately went and grabbed them, ripped them open and yelled, "it's a girl!!!" Both of the envelopes read, "congratulations, it's a girl." One of the copies was completely sealed while the other copy was for party paradise which they re-sealed and gave back to me when I picked up the balloon dart board. It was only shortly after they closed for the day, I started reaching out via voicemail, email & instagram message. It had shown me that the instagram messages sent to party paradise were viewed but I received no response back that Saturday. It wasn't until Monday that I heard back. I got a brief email back from Kevin apologizing this happened to us, stating that that he spoke to the guy who put together our balloon dart board and he feels it was made right but it's possible one pink balloon was swapped for a white. I waited patiently all weekend to hear back from them, angry that my messages were read on instagram and ignored only to receive a short email back apologizing for the inconvenience...not even a call back from the voicemail I had left. Angry as ever, I took the board with me and drove over the store. As I'm walking in, before I even entered the doors, I saw the male worker smirk at his female coworker next to him (kind of like a, "oh boy, here we go.") I immediately walked in asking him if he knew who I was. He stated he's the one who emailed me back that morning (Kevin). I asked if he was the manager and he said he is part owner of party paradise. He went on to say that he got my instagram messages but that it was not regular business hours so he waited until Monday to reach out first thing. (I bet if it were regarding a sale though, he would have replied.) He also claims this is the first time this has happened in 12 years they've been in business. If that were true, you would think he would have been mortified this happened and not ignore my messages until Monday morning to give his apologies and empathy. He was nothing but cold over the whole situation, as if I ordered the wrong pair of shoes. I asked if he wanted to see the video from my party of how the dart board wad a FAIL & as he was saying yes, I said, or would you like to see it when you're tagged online? He said he would wait and watch (being a smartass). BUT when I uploaded everything to instagram, I was completely blocked from being able to tag party paradise at all (they were anticipating it and prepared and not willing to take accountability for the damage they caused) I would NEVER recommend party paradise to anyone I know...or don't know for that matter. They are so unprofessional and uncompassionate and they look at us as another transaction. These are our lives and memories we will look back on forever...have a little bit more compassion! WORST BUSINESS EVER. read more

We rented a tent, tables, chairs and linen table clothes for a backyard wedding. Everything was perfect!! They came, set up returned and tore down without incident. LISTEN. THIS BUSINESS IS FREAKING AMAZING!! I've used Party Paradise for both of my kids birthday parties. I rented tables, chairs, a grass tent, and bounce house. Parties were both on Saturday's and they dropped off and set up Friday night and picked up Sunday early afternoon. Literally every other freaking rental company I had looked at charged an overnight fee - even if they were the reasons they couldn't pick up and basically told me I had to keep the stuff overnight and would still be charged. Party Paradise (by policy from what I understand) let me keep the stuff through the weekend. This made me feel that both parties were more organized and I was less stressed since I didn't have to jam all set up and tear down into one day. Bonus was that my neighborhood kids and kids were able to enjoy the bounce house for basically three days. The smile on my girls' face getting that bounce house for extra time though!! Also - the customer service from phone calls to drop off and pick up were top notch. Smiles on everyone's faces and I felt they actually cared. Employees are very helpful, they helped me with picking out the most beautiful center pieces for my bridal shower.
