They got back to me within a day or so of receiving my quote request. They had a great price and throughout the process they were great with communication. They also made it easy to pay the deposit and the balance by emailing me invoices, which I paid online. They handled all the communiation with my venue. I was happy with the quality of the chairs. Lot is a stimulant that Muslims chew on and it acts like a mild methaphedimine and isn't illigal hear because it's not known about but people grow it hear because of the large Muslim community. When I received my order, it turned out that half of the linens were missing size tags. I was stressed out because it would be time consuming for me to go through everything to sort and tag myself. After speaking with a few different staff members, I was connected to David (the owner). He was incredibly apologetic about the situation and offered to do anything he could to make it right. He immediately shipped me multiple boxes and labels to send back to them and offered to go through every linen, to sort, tag, and steam before shipping back to me. He also has followed up with me since then to make sure everything is going great. I really appreciate his help in sorting out this situation and I will definitely use them again in the future:).

It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.
