But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. The delivery person said they knew we wanted white but were not available and brought black instead. I spent the next several hours driving to stores to find white linens for the tables. There was no communication from the company that they would be unable to deliver reserved linens. Overall...not impressed.

Buyer Beware and STAY AWAY!!…read more We called for a bounce house/water slide rental for my 9 year old's birthday party as we were in a pinch because ours wouldn't inflate properly. We made arrangements for the delivery and set-up the next day (by they way, you don't get it for a day - only for 4 hours!). When speaking to the owner (Jim) on the phone, he mentioned that they will not take your credit card on the phone but will the next day. This turns out to be part of the scam below. So the next day, the employee shows up to set it up and gets the owner on the phone to demand we pay cash on the spot. Mind you this is one hour before the party starts and we have 15 kids coming over. In a word: Extortion!! He claims his credit card machine is not working - and apparently that's my problem now. I decide I am going to play hardball and tell him he needs to figure out a way to use my credit card or they can leave. Miraculously, he gets the machine to work when he tries "one last time". Upon further discussion he admits he always prefers cash due to the service fee with the card company so it's obvious they were trying to strong arm us to save 3% or so - not the recipe for strong customer relationships. It gets better - the employee setting up the inflatable tells me he will be done in 15 minutes, which he is but he positioned it so that it was on top of the children's play structure in our yard overlapping the slide. As he tried to drive away I mentioned this to him and his response was that "it will take over an hour to move" (note - it only took 15 minutes to set up) and when I requested he move it he told me "that ain't gunna f***ing happen". At that point I was on my own. Appalling and disgusting behavior toward customers. STAY AWAY!!!!!

They worked like crazy (avoided all the sprinkler lines, thank GOD) and were there for 3 hours!!! Everything was set up perfect and stayed perfectly in place. For tare down they were gracious enough to give me a time and were prompt and fast. They took care of everything and we could not have been more impressed.
