The bounce house was fine, but it's a bit old - there were some small holes leaking air, but didn't affect the use though. The inside of the bounce house was not very clean - we found some small tree branches and small rocks. The company's staff is friendly and the customer service is nice - it was easy to reschedule my reservation. Overall a good experience with this business.

At no additional charge, Time to Play generously gave us extension cords and some extra gear (including cones to make an obstacle course for the ride-on horses).
