Hours after the drop off time, I got a hold of another number who claimed they had a flat tire and were "on the way," which was never the case. In the end, they never showed up, never contacted me, and left us scrambling with a neighborhood full of kids. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and money and book with someone who actually shows up and honors their commitments. Note: Do not confuse this company with Bouncing All Around INC. They are a legitimate company that you will find on Google. I have since learned that this company was removed from Google search for all of the above reasons.

We made arrangements for the delivery and set-up the next day (by they way, you don't get it for a day - only for 4 hours!). When speaking to the owner (Jim) on the phone, he mentioned that they will not take your credit card on the phone but will the next day. This turns out to be part of the scam below. So the next day, the employee shows up to set it up and gets the owner on the phone to demand we pay cash on the spot. Mind you this is one hour before the party starts and we have 15 kids coming over. In a word: Extortion!! He claims his credit card machine is not working - and apparently that's my problem now. I decide I am going to play hardball and tell him he needs to figure out a way to use my credit card or they can leave. Miraculously, he gets the machine to work when he tries "one last time". Upon further discussion he admits he always prefers cash due to the service fee with the card company so it's obvious they were trying to strong arm us to save 3% or so - not the recipe for strong customer relationships. It gets better - the employee setting up the inflatable tells me he will be done in 15 minutes, which he is but he positioned it so that it was on top of the children's play structure in our yard overlapping the slide. As he tried to drive away I mentioned this to him and his response was that "it will take over an hour to move" (note - it only took 15 minutes to set up) and when I requested he move it he told me "that ain't gunna f***ing happen". At that point I was on my own. Appalling and disgusting behavior toward customers. STAY AWAY!!!!!

We hired Tamecia at PartyNStyle for our Class Reunion and were excited to have her. Then she…read morestopped communicating with us a day or two before our event. She didn't respond to emails and our calls went straight to voicemail and were never returned by her. Our venue needed her liquor liability insurance in order for her to be our bartender. She showed up a few minutes late with a bag of lemons and limes. The woman in charge of our venue was waiting for her and asked for her insurance. Tamecia was able to pull it up on her phone and let Ginger read through it. On doing so it was discovered that her insurance expired the previous month. Ginger told her how easy it was to renew it online and she went out to her car. We thought she was getting the insurance issue taken care of but SHE NEVER CAME BACK IN! She left us high and dry with no bartender. Very unprofessional! Luckily our venue was able to provide two of their employees (the venue itself was insured). Bottom line: we would never recommend this company for bartending service. Also, we have asked to be reimbursed our $330 dollars we paid her since she was not able (or decided not to) perform the service. To date she has not done that. Another very unprofessional thing. Who keeps money for a service they never provided????
