But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. No call, no text, nothing. I called repeatedly - no one picked up. No one called back. To this day, no one has followed up to my calls or voicemails. Hours after the drop off time, I got a hold of another number who claimed they had a flat tire and were "on the way," which was never the case. In the end, they never showed up, never contacted me, and left us scrambling with a neighborhood full of kids. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and money and book with someone who actually shows up and honors their commitments. Note: Do not confuse this company with Bouncing All Around INC.
