Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT use this company. 0 stars if I could. Booked a bounce house for a neighborhood block party and paid deposit in advance. From the start, communication with this company was a struggle - I had to chase them down to book, then again to just confirm the reservation. The day of the party, they were a complete no-show. No call, no text, nothing. I called repeatedly - no one picked up. No one called back. To this day, no one has followed up to my calls or voicemails. Hours after the drop off time, I got a hold of another number who claimed they had a flat tire and were "on the way," which was never the case. In the end, they never showed up, never contacted me, and left us scrambling with a neighborhood full of kids. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and money and book with someone who actually shows up and honors their commitments. Note: Do not confuse this company with Bouncing All Around INC. They are a legitimate company that you will find on Google. I have since learned that this company was removed from Google search for all of the above reasons. read more

Very disappointed. They did not delete over the bounce house for our event. Apparently no one coordinates if a driver doesn't show up to make sure you get the bounce house. read more

The ordering process is pretty easy. Pick your bouncer online, submit deposit. I then received a call to confirm the information that I input. The drivers/setup crew were very respectful and timely. They explained everything perfectly. The loss of a star is on the equipment. I ordered a bounded with a basketball rim inside. The bouncer however didn't come with the ball to use the rim. This made this up sell item unusable which put a damper on the party. read more

Simple ordering process, showed up on time to set up and take down... my kids had a blast jumping around in there; my 3.5 year old was so sad when they came to take it down and he asked the delivery guy for 5 more minutes. Delivery Guy was either used to this or just super nice and he said of course. Very friendly and professional. I would use them again for sure. read more

Sooo i didnt check yelp before booking with this company. So many companies are sold out or not working right now due to COVID so i basically took the first option i could find.. and honestly our experience was excellent! Booked online, called and paid my deposit. The day before our party they called to confirm the balance, a few set up details and day of they called to let us know when they were on the way. Arrived a bit early (but with notice) were patient and helpful as we were still clearing the area.. set up super quickly, were fast, friendly and professional. The bounce house/waterslide we rented looked BRAND NEW, the kids (and a few grown ups) had a blast with it all day! And they were back on time, had it picked up and on their way quickly. I can't complain. Greatness all around. They delivered a bounce house a day early, which was appreciated. They sanitized it in front of us. Obviously, no complaints there. Where do I start? This company is so unprofessional. Steer clear. I used them months ago and they were fine, so I booked them again this time around. I booked 2 weeks in advance, they knew my order and where I lived. I was told my items would be delivered on Friday- doesn't show. Called numerous times on Saturday to find out where my items are and NO ONE could tell me. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I had a get together and had to have family bring their own chairs. If I could give this a company a zero star I would. I ordered a bounce house on Monday to be at my house on Thursday at 10. 10:00 no bounce house, I call at 10:10 they tell me they had trouble with the bounce house the night before, they didn't even notify me. They said the can have it here at 12, 11:40 they called and said they couldn't get it to me. No accommodations and a disappointed 10 year old. You can't talk to the manager at all. I will never order from here again! I ordered a bouncer 6 days ago, received my rental agreement and paid my deposit just to get to the day of my event and now I have no bouncer! The sad part, they didn't even call me to let me know they had to cancel my order. I had to call them to see what was going on because they were so late and that's when they told me. 6 days went by and no one said anything! Very unprofessional. They refunded my deposit, but didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I will discourage anyone from ordering anything from here. To add fuel to the fire, now I can't order one from anywhere because they are all SOLD OUT. Had I been informed in a proper amount of time, I could have made other arrangements. this company from the beginning were just not getting it together. they first didn't reserve it under my correct name so every time i called in regarding it i had to give them a name that was not mine. then it was never disclosed to me that when renting the obstacle course that was $350, that a generator would need to be rented separately. in my past experience when renting inflatables especially at that price then generator is included. so the day of i had to rent the generator separately which was an additional $80. i also rented out 4 tables in total, 2 rectangular tables and 2 circle ones. the rectangular tables were fine, they matched and everything. the circle tables on the other hand did not match & were not cosmetically up to par. one of them were literally falling apart & the other one had black holes in it. not i my that but they were late with drop off and with pick up and haven't responded to me at all regarding my concerns. i wouldn't recommend them to a dog. read more
