They completely ruined my son's 11th birthday party by canceling with only 16 hours' notice--after weeks of planning and excitement. We had 10 kids ready to go, and at the last minute, they just bailed on us. The owner didn't even call, he just sent a TEXT at 8pm on a Saturday night that said the employee who was supposed to run the party was injured and he couldn't find anyone else to run the party. I'm not sure how an establishment like this doesn't have a back up plan for these circumstances. There was no attempt to make it right, just a "sorry, we can't do it" and you can have a refund or rebook for a discount. The refund took days to get to me and ZERO dates or suggestions were given for rebooking. The lack of professionalism is astounding. How do you run a business like this? A children's birthday party is not something you just cancel on a whim. We were left scrambling to come up with a backup plan, and let me tell you, finding something - anything - with that little time was near impossible. Save yourself the headache and book with a company that actually values their customers. Knockerball Michigan clearly doesn't care about reliability, professionalism, or doing the right thing.
