From the moment I messaged Alaina about possibly renting their bounce house for my daughter's 1st birthday party, I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. After weeks of trying to find the perfect bounce house, I was so over the moon to find private party rentals. They made our party a dream! The talk of the day was the beautiful bounce house & the ball pit. I will be using their company for all future events, as well as recommend them to everyone I know. It took them a quick twenty minutes to set up AND take down, and it was such a smooth process! They were patient, understanding & so, so kind. Just everything you look for in a company. Thank you Alaina (my newest and sweetest friend), and everyone else at private party rentals for being who you are!

If the price of the piping and drapes didn't save us $400, and the staff I spoke with was nice, I…read morewould've given this place a 1 star. Here's my laundry list of complaints - 1. Sharon's owns a cargo van, why couldn't they have delivered the piping and drapes to the reception hall, which is less than 5 miles away, and instead, making us pick it up. I would've gladly paid extra for delivery if that meant we didn't have to go pick it up and drop them off at the reception hall on the busiest day of our lives. 2. Sharon's ruined my spa day because they called me during my appointment to tell me they're closing early and that I have to make it there before closing, then telling me it won't fit in a car, only a pickup truck or bigger, and that if we don't get it by 4pm because someone is unwilling to stay for an extra 10 minutes, we're SOL. They should give me $200 to make up for what I had to pay for my ruined spa day. 3. While the drapes were nice and matched our colors nicely, the piping was all scratched up. Don't they own more than one set of piping? If all of them are bad, then there's another reason to not use Sharon's. 4. Their website is absolutely terrible. It's hard to navigate, and advertises items they don't carry. For example, we were going to rent some high chairs from them in addition to the drapes instead of paying a premium for the reception hall to supply those, but when I called Sharon's, they said they don't carry those. Lame. So, IMO, don't go here, there's another place nearby on Warren Rd

My complaints: First, the pipes were kind of tough to put together because the bolt holes were badly damaged from wear and tear. Most importantly, the hours on the website and on the store door say 9am-5pm. The day before my wedding, the most hectic day of my entire life, they informed us at 2:45pm that they were closing at 4pm because someone had a child to pick up. I had organized the entire day around picking people up from the airport, picking up flowers, organizing tuxedo fittings, and had the whole thing planned out. With a little more than an hours' notice, they told me I had to be there to pick all the equipment up (with a pickup truck, no less). It ruined my day and left a friend stranded at the airport for 45 minutes. I called to ask if I could show up at 4:10pm and the person on the phone told me that the doors would be locked and I'd be out of luck. Although the equipment was great, this unprofessionalism really ruined the experience for me.

Everything was a huge hit and soooooo much fun! At no additional charge, Time to Play generously gave us extension cords and some extra gear (including cones to make an obstacle course for the ride-on horses). We paid only $200 for the moonwalk, as we chose to pick it up and set it up ourselves. Set-up was quick and easy, and the printed instructions they provided were super helpful. We would rent from Time to Play again in a heartbeat!

This company will tack on almost $100 worth of fees on top of the price for the rental.

They called us the day before the delivery to give us a 3 hour window for the next day. They offered and called us a half hour before delivery. The drop off and pickup was easy. The cocktail table top pops off, I found that out as the top came off while trying to store them for pickup and fell onto my foot. The chairs were plastic stone colored folding chairs. The cocktail tables and the rectangular tables are wood, a bit weathered, but workable. I would recommend getting table cloths, since the wood tables all looked well used. The rental was just under $500.
