Absolutely horrible service. I called to make a reservation for quite a large party for a water slide, outdoor tables and chairs and worked through the details with a very nice person by phone. I was told an "owner" would need to call me back to confirm. After not receiving a return call the next day, I called, only to be told (by a much ruder person) that there was no longer anything available... and was hung up on. I don't recommend this business to anyone at anytime. read more

The crew at Xtreme Play No Go was great to work with the whole time - before, during and after the event. Everyone was polite, organized, and professional. The activities were affordable and all the guests had a lot of fun with the wax hands and photo booth. Set-up was timely and unobtrusive as was take down. We wanted inflatables, Frozen machine, tent, tables, chairs and photo booth for my husband's birthday party. This is a "Great" company that has NICE, NEW equipment and they provided the "WOW" factor we needed to make my husband's birthday successful and memorable!. When another company over booked our items that we reserved well in advance we found Xtreme Play N Go Party Rentals on-line. I placed a call to rent an obstacle course, tents, tables, and chairs. We rented two large inflatables and a cotton candy machine for a graduation party. However, the weather started looking bad well before the party. The staff at Xtreme Play N Go kept in touch with me all week until the day of the party - when the mother of all storms was in the forecast. At the last minute we just couldn't do the inflatables due to lightning and torrential rain. Mr. Gilbert of Xtreme Play N Go offered instead to quickly switch to a photo booth and other inside games. He then delivered everything on time, set it all up and offered to stay on to help us if we needed it. Our daughter said the party was fantastic and everyone loved the photo booth. Our company has hired Xtreme Play N Go in the past and they've always done a great job. We highly recommend working with this company. read more
