She texted me the link she used to buy her tickets. I clicked it and somehow it directed me to Atlanta instead which I did not know that! I'll own that I should have looked more closely....I checked the number of adults, children, total cost, etc., but never thought to double check the city. I didn't realize the mistake until the Detroit staff couldn't find my name in their system. I was embarrassed and starting to panic, but Jennifer, the general manager, immediately helped me. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and never made me feel silly (which I totally felt inside). She even shared that this had happened to someone else recently, so whoever manages the IT side of things might want to look into this. Jennifer pulled out her phone and texted the GM in Atlanta to help me get a refund! Within minutes, I had my refund, was able to repurchase tickets for Detroit, and got in with my group! That was above and beyond!!!! She then helped me with a locker...as if she didn't already do enough The museum was clean, fun, and such a great experience overall. Jennifer was wonderful......her customer service was exactly how people should treat and help one another.

My daughter and her friends enjoyed a little dancing, scavenger hunt, team building activities, a few crafts, and some cotton candy. The staff were so friendly and sweet to our girls. They offer so many wonderful ideas to make for a great experience in celebrating anything a girl could dream. They also have a lot of space for it too. We will definitely be back to host our own. Our host was Scott was joined by MC Pinky, and they were really great - we had 2 kids in our group so they were nice, funny and had good energy all while keeping it inclusive and appropriate. You have to book for at least 8 people or more and we only had 7 but it wasn't an issue to play that way, we just had to pay for the 8. It was around $42 each (without optional tip), and there's a bar in the lobby if you want to purchase drinks or food. My whole family had a blast and I think we'll definitely be back!

I knew it sounded fun but it was a great time and I definitely want to come back with another group! If you go: the entrance is off a corridor pass through hallway that connects the parking garage to the main strip of restaurants in front. Parking will be easier and more plentiful in the garage so I suggest parking there.

I came to Inflatable Playspaces to attend a child's b-day (I was too lazy to spell out 'birthday') party. As far as indoor inflatable places go, this place is pretty on par with the others. It's essentially a warehouse with a bunch of inflatable thingies (scientific term) inside. This location was fairly clean. I could tell there was some wear and tear on the inflatables. They seemed somewhat clean though. The boxing gloves in the inflatable boxing ring needed a little TLC, but the floors were pretty clean considering a bunch of children (like myself) run around and cause mayhem here on a daily basis. The staff wasn't the most approachable and outgoing bunch of folks I've ever encountered at a kids' play place. Not a great first impression. They seemed content to be at work, but that's about it. When the party moved into the little room outside of the play area, the staff turned it up a notch. They were incredibly helpful and interacted with the kids as they were serving foods and such. It was a really hot day when I came to Royal Oak on this fateful day. The party room temperature seemed to rise to a level that would be inviting for the Devil. The staff cranked the AC on after of few minutes of misery. All was well after everyone cooled off a bit. I did not have a bad experience at Inflatable Playspaces. I really like a bounce house that lets the adults have fun too.
