We were questioned about what was in our bags and were told we had to take it back to our cars, we couldn't even leave it with our coats. 2) Minimal instruction was provided even though they knew it was our first time. 3) Every paint brush was so stiff with dry paint that no detailed painting was possible. 4) When the aforementioned rude woman saw me fixing some smudges on my painting, she said she had a better way to fix the smudges. She took a razor blade and gouged through the two layers of paint, the layer of finish on my board and into the wood. This left a hole in the middle of the project that I then had to try to fix. My original repair looked much better than this hole!
