Finally, I ended up telling her to just go off of my budget and do what she thought looked nice because she really wasn't helping me through the process. It was frustrating working with them. The flowers turned out beautiful and I was told that the delivery man was very lovely to the person I was sending the flowers. This is what help brings their score up. I wish that the initial call went better, but I am happy with the ending. My suggestion to the business would be to sound less rude over the phone and have a cheerful attitude when trying to plan this out for the customer.

Cylindrical vases held a small light at the bottom (in our colors) with white roses coming just to the top of the vase. When the lights were dimmed, it made a beautiful effect, and was not so over the top that people had to look around the flowers to see their breakfast companions. Two larger displays were quite nice, also. Michelle was so easy to work with and asked a lot of questions. I would recommend her to anyone. I was planning a big event, and I knew that she had her end of things completely under control. We got a lot of nice comments, and I'm happy to recommend her!

I picked Beth Allen because I knew they were only about 3-4 miles from the funeral location. When I called, I told the Beth Allen florist where I lived which is 4 hours away and that I wanted to send flowers to my Aunt's funeral. She likely assumed I would never see them but that was not the case, we were there at the funeral. I expressed that we didn't want to be too showy nor look cheap and by by Beth Allen's recommendation we paid $90 dollars for a floral arrangement. When we got to the funeral we saw our flower order and it looked pitiful, small, bland, and cheap.
