On arrival at the wake I was shown the arrangement sent and to say I was embarrassed is an understatement. It looked ABSOLUTELY nothing like the flowers I ordered and paid a significant amount for. In speaking to the owner of this business she took no responsibility and offered no apologies or offers to fix the issue. Disgraceful.

The one I saw myself was absolutely beautiful. It was large and full and a wonderful arrangement for the price. The second one, the feedback I got was "your flowers were the most beautiful there. They were full and lush. You must have spent a fortune" (I did not). As an out of town military family, it's nice to have a florist in our hometown that provides beautiful flowers at a fair price. We will use Hirzels for any future flower needs.

She loved the Christmas arrangement from Emery's that I sent her, so it took some of the worry away when choosing birthday flowers. Emery's did not disappoint. Grandma raved about the flowers! I wish I had pictures to share or even to see for myself but at 95 years old, my grandmother isn't going to be figuring out how to take and send pictures with a cell phone any time soon! BUT grandma has not been shy in the past when I have ordered from a national florist chain and the flowers looked terrible. She let me know that the others didn't look good and I'm thankful that she did. After a few bad incidents from the national chain, I searched her surrounding area for a "mom and pop" , small business to support and I'm glad that she has been so happy with Emery's flowers! I will keep on ordering from here.

The flowers turned out beautiful and I was told that the delivery man was very lovely to the person I was sending the flowers. This is what help brings their score up. I wish that the initial call went better, but I am happy with the ending. My suggestion to the business would be to sound less rude over the phone and have a cheerful attitude when trying to plan this out for the customer.

I am writing to thank you for the extra effort you put into making these arrangements so beautiful and also giving value for the money spent. It was stunning as always and a gorgeous final tribute to a remarkable human being. Thank you all for being the floral conduit that lets family members know they matter and are missed by those of us who can't be with them all the time. And thank you for being a company of integrity and honesty. Because I live in another state, I've experienced florists who take advantage of that by sending less than what was advertised or what I ordered, I suppose because they thought I wouldn't actually see the delivered product. That never happened with Bartz Viviano and you should be proud of that. My mom truly loved flowers and you always delivered the best. Thank you to all of your caring and talented staff.

I gave her my price range and she gave me a quote right away. The flowers were just perfect. Cylindrical vases held a small light at the bottom (in our colors) with white roses coming just to the top of the vase. When the lights were dimmed, it made a beautiful effect, and was not so over the top that people had to look around the flowers to see their breakfast companions. Two larger displays were quite nice, also. Michelle was so easy to work with and asked a lot of questions. I would recommend her to anyone. I was planning a big event, and I knew that she had her end of things completely under control. We got a lot of nice comments, and I'm happy to recommend her!
