I live out of state and ordered flowers online from Emery's to be delivered to my grandmother for her birthday. She loved the Christmas arrangement from Emery's that I sent her, so it took some of the worry away when choosing birthday flowers. Emery's did not disappoint. Grandma raved about the flowers! I wish I had pictures to share or even to see for myself but at 95 years old, my grandmother isn't going to be figuring out how to take and send pictures with a cell phone any time soon! BUT grandma has not been shy in the past when I have ordered from a national florist chain and the flowers looked terrible. She let me know that the others didn't look good and I'm thankful that she did. After a few bad incidents from the national chain, I searched her surrounding area for a "mom and pop" , small business to support and I'm glad that she has been so happy with Emery's flowers! I will keep on ordering from here. read more

I ordered a bouquet for my wife to celebrate our anniversary, the picture on their website was beautiful so I ordered that for $96. What I received did not look like what they featured on their website. I contacted them and their response was not helpful and they offered no resolution. Bad business! read more

We took in a plaque that had a prayer (the Memorare) inscribed on it...Emery's used that plaque as the center of the floral arrangement incorporating the colors/flowers on the plaque to make a stunning display! Just ordered a premium bouquet to my mother-in-law's hospital room, from Emery's. I am out of town and called Emery's at the suggestion of the ladies at the St. Luke's gift shop. After checking out the Emery website, I called to order a large premium bouquet to be delivered tomorrow. The woman on the phone was polite and efficient. She found the name of the bouquet I was wanting online and confirmed the slight changes they needed to make with what was available. I could have ordered it online, but I don't know the specifics of delivering to that hospital and thought it best to call to see if they had all the elements of the bouquet in stock. I wanted it to be big and impressive. It was quick and easy to place my order and pay with a card over the phone. She said they will deliver it tomorrow before noon. My mother-in-law will be laid up for a bit, so we are looking forward to her having some brightness in her room to keep her spirits up. Thanks for making that easy Emery's. read more

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday and paid $87 for them, (they left the receipt in with the cheap printer paper birthday "card"). What does $87 get? 4 tulips and 2 grape hyacinth in a cheap glass square. If you look on their site, for almost half that, they advertise roses, baby's breath, and lilies. Totally cheated my daughter and when I complained, they tried to blame it on the ordering service overcharging. I'd say $73 for 4 tulips and 2 grape hyacinth PLUS $14 delivery charge is overcharging. I purchased flowers from Emery's the day before I proposed to my fiancé. Kristy greeted me and was so wonderful! I was a wreck trying to figure out the arrangement I wanted and what would look good, she helped me through all of it, even with some tears of excitement running down my face. My fiancé's favorite flowers are dahlia's and favorite color is burgundy and I mentioned that to Kristy. They did not have them in stock. Kristy went out of her way to contact a different shop by surprise and put those burgundy dahlias in the bouquet!!!! I was in aww of the presentation! She had matching flowers to go along with the main focused dahlias. I am so pleasantly astounded by the work she put in and the way she made me feel heard and feel special. Fully recommend this flower shop if you are in need of something great. You will not be disappointed! read more

Emery's was recommended to us through a family friend, and I was not disappointed. We unfortunately needed to order a funeral arrangement from out of town, and discovered that the wake was earlier than we thought. We called them, and they agreed to put a beautiful arrangement together ASAP and deliver it to the location of the wake. While I would never recommend waiting until the last minute like we did, they were wonderful to work with. Can't recommend enough. read more

Not even one star! Disappointed in arrangements considering the price I paid. They looked Nothing like the arrangement I had chosen! Not the same size, not even close, and not the same shape!! the pictures on their site is not what is being delivered and their customer service is so disappointing. I called Emery's for flowers for the funeral of a dear friend. I didn't like anything I saw on any of the florist websites and the florist the funeral home recommended was way too expensive. I specifically wanted daisies with 9 red roses with greenery around a crystal cross. First of all the price was less than half what the recommended florist was charging for arrangements. And most importantly the arrangement was perfect! I have never been so pleased with flowers as I was with this. The flowers were beautiful at the funeral home, the next day at the church, during the luncheon after the cemetery, and since the church did not want to keep any of the arrangements I took them home and they're still beautiful! And it's a week later!!! I have added water twice, but this is still a testament to how fresh these flowers are. I can't thank Emery's enough for their artistry, professionalism and care. read more
