My daughters were in classes for a year and could not return due to a medical condition. They put my money into a credit, had their teenage receptionist call and hang up on me because I wanted to speak to a manager and still would not refund my money. It's been two years with terrible communication from their end. Terrible policies, even worse customer service. High turn over and terrible attitudes. Its been two years and they still will not give me my money back. Go somewhere else, the sterling heights location is awful and their operations manager is insulting. Joey, do not reply unless you intend to give me a refund.

The hosts Terron and Vegas were friendly, good at keeping the energy up and provided a great experience for our group! They made the experience even better and were great with our group! Parking will be easier and more plentiful in the garage so I suggest parking there.

I really wanted to like this place. I was considering bringing a group of 25 people here for a 50th…read morebirthday celebration, so I called to get some basic information. Unfortunately, the phone call pretty much made the decision for me. I asked, "How does it work?" and the guy on the phone seemed genuinely confused by the question. I eventually had to spell out what I meant: pricing, group size, how long the experience lasts, booking, food, alcohol, whether outside food is allowed, etc. These seem like pretty standard questions from someone considering spending a significant amount of money at your business. Then came the pricing: $40 per person for one hour. For our group of 25, that's $1,000 for an hour of the game-show experience. At that price point, I would expect the person answering the phone to be friendly, enthusiastic and able to explain the experience without making a potential customer feel like they're bothering him. But the part that really got me: you can't even bring a birthday cake! I was told previous groups had gotten too messy with them. Seriously? We're potentially spending $1,000 to celebrate a milestone birthday and can't bring a birthday cake because somebody else once made a mess? The concept actually sounds really fun, which is why I called in the first place. But between the price, the short one-hour time block, the no-birthday-cake policy and, most importantly, how unpleasant the sales experience was, our group of 25 will be celebrating this 50th somewhere else. When someone calls ready to potentially spend $1,000 with your business for a milestone birthday, making them feel welcome probably shouldn't be the hardest part of the game.

Sometimes you stumble across a place on vacation that feels like pure magic, and this was exactly…read morethat for us. This absolutely stunning three-story treehouse playground was one of the highlights of our trip. The moment we walked in, I felt like we had hit the jackpot. The photos online don't do it justice--it's even more magical inside. From the beautiful chandeliers to the grand seating areas, hot food. Truly every detail feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. The playground itself is perfect for kids around 10 and under, with a separate area for smaller children to play safely. My son had an absolute blast exploring every level, climbing, playing, and burning off energy while I was able to relax comfortably nearby. I was also impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The gift shop was charming and organized, and the entire space felt welcoming and cared for. It would be an incredible spot for a birthday party, family gathering, or simply a fun afternoon of play. Beautiful, unique, clean, and incredibly fun--this place exceeded every expectation. If you're in the area, don't miss it. 10/10
