No liquids were on allowed on the bus and instead of verbally saying that she pointed to a sign. Despite her attitude the children did enjoy themselves. We go the package that included a foam party. The gentleman that did the foam was very nice. For the amount I spent I expected better customer service, I would not book again due to her demeanor but I am not here to deter business. No complaints regarding the bus on actual service provided.

Trailer did stay the extra 15 minutes at the end, but by then parents were already arriving to pick up their children, so they technically got an hour and half of play instead of the 2 hours. During going over the rules we found out none of the kids could use the VR set as they had to be 13 years old and the operator said it was "clearly stated". It was definitely not clearly stated when booking or even on confirmation email. I scoured the website in case I missed something and could find nothing on age limits for VR. Kids were upset as they were looking forward to it. The kids ended up enjoying playing the games with their friends. The young man working with his Dad was great, helped the kids out quite a bit when they were having issues. It was upsetting as a customer not getting exactly what you thought you were paying nearly $400 for. All in all it was an ok experience, not horrible but definitely could have been better.

However, what really sold me were two things: (1) the customer service of the staff and (2) the arcade's strive for innovation and progression in enhancing the VR experience. The staff where very kind and accommodating, even with our large party of 7. They did their best to provide a wide range of games for us to play. In addition, after our time was up, my friends and I got to beta test their first multiplayer VR backpacks. Imagine being able to physically move around and play with your friends in an open space - awesome, right? This is a but a glimpse of what Escape VR at Oxford, MI can provide to the public. I'm only in Michigan for vacation this weekend, but this visit was the most memorable. As an engineer, I appreciate their innovation and profession in VR, and I hope the next time I visit MIchigan, I get to see how much this place has grown.

And patiently waited until the scheduled time) When looking for my son's birthday ideas I thought, what can be better than a game truck for 12-13yr old boys! All they do is play games! Kids were very excited about the game truck, couldn't wait! But once they got in the game truck they were disappointed very fast! They were told they can only play 5 games that they or the guy picked (I'm not quite sure) and the kids won't be able to change it again! Unfortunately I had to get involved to change the games because half of the kids looked very upset. You advertise that you have a big variety of games however we didn't see it! Also I was under impression that you had professional people who will give instructions on how to use game systems but when I came in a couple of boys were sitting and didn't know what to do while the instructor playing game with other kids?!?! This a very expensive treat and I was expecting this to be the highlight of the birthday! Unfortunately it was big disappointment! Very poor customer service, not as many games to choose from as advertised and Some of The remote controls are so overused that you can't even play with them! The truck was booked for 2hrs but kids left truck about an hour later and didn't want to go back! The feedback was "there is no good games!" I strongly feel it was not worth $300! Very disappointed!!!
