I recently sold my old game collection to them, many of which I purchased from Cali Games. I knew they would take care of them and re-sell them at a fair price, and I felt like I was giving back to the SouthBay community by doing so. They are by far the most fair, friendly, and supportive group of people I've ever met in the gaming community. Though I no longer play games nowadays, I will definitely stop by the store when I'm around, just for a walk down memory lane, and to chat with the amazing staff.

It was a completely different experience and I didn't feel as welcome. It just seemed like he was trying to get rid of me when I wasn't even there for more than 10 minutes. The staff there informed me they were out of stock but confirmed that the Torrance location had 5 copies available. Based on this information, I drove 20 minutes to the Torrance store. Upon arrival, I spoke with a gentleman named John. When I asked for the game, he told me they did not have it. When I explained that the Long Beach store had specifically seen 5 copies in their system, he dismissively told me they didn't have any. He was very rude throughout the interaction.
