Three years later I wake up to a facebook post of the same, one of a kind, sheet being listed for sale by a guy named Landon Artherholt. After some digging I learn that they sold the sheet out of the public eye to avoid giving us a cut. When nick made his distaste about the situation known they messaged him privately and paid him (sounds a lot like hush money) to try to stop the noise around the situation, yet nothing has been said to me. I've known the owners of tournament city games for years so none of this surprises me. The talks of not giving me my cut began shortly after we won the sheet because Robert had put in more tickets towards it than I did. I do think it's worth noting that the reason for this is that I actually competed in side events to earn my portion of the tickets whereas he (against Konami policy) purchased his tickets from participants at the event. This same shop now hosts regionals in the Frederick, MD area. TL:DR Tournament City Games in Frederick robbed me and then bribed someone else to keep quiet

I've been able to find pretty rare records and comics for a decent price, they usually have different deals every month. The customer service here is just average, I've only been here twice but both times I never get checked on or asked if I need help... which is fine because I know what I'm looking for anyway. Superbit is a retro gamestore and may accept some popular game consoles and rare games. I was greeted and was helped right away. The store employee knew exactly why I was there. He noticed the bright green color of my Pokemon leaf green and stopped everything to assess the value of my total trade in. If I had known how much Pokemon would have blown up in the past, I would have kept all of my cards and games and sold them here. Fun fact: The game box/packaging is worth more than the game itself. If you have a mint condition box that the game came in, it could be worth a lot. I thought I ended up with a good bargain because of the quick trade in and knowledge base of the employee. I am glad I got rid of my childhood games for some cash. I learned that retro stores like this is considered like an antique store.
