I work in Customer service / Hospitality so I understand dealing with people all day can be…read morefrustrating and disheartening. I also understand that the customer is NOT always right and that entitlement SUCKS. Therefore I try to be patient and impartial when reviewing businesses and their employees. I was here recently and there was 1 sole female employee on shift. She was dealing with a couple while myself and 2 other people walked in and were waiting. It was like waiting for them to finish a date. She, the employee, was Laughing, jokingly flirting, and carrying on while myself and 2 other customers are just standing there and that is crazy. Then when the employee FINALLY finishes the actual transaction, she looks up at me and asks if she can help me but with an annoyed tone because I was on my phone and stopped paying attention to their date. It was as if we were all being held up by me when in fact we had all been being held up by their date for 10+ minutes!!! After all that I still wanted to give he r a chance but they did not have what I wanted which was just freakin insult to injury. I hate that I sound like a hater because I am the farthest from it but dam ma, FLIRT ON YOUR OWN DAM TIME!

We were greeted by a staff member upon entering and he even came over to where we were perusing to ask if we were looking for something in particular. He offered some suggestions for me since it's been some time since I last played a game system. I'm particular and have not found a game that peaks my interest. Although they did not carry a game that I was interested in, hubby was able to find and purchase exactly what he was looking for, in record time. The employee we interacted with was very personable and helpful.
