Unfortunately, my experience with customer service at the membership desk was disappointing. The employee assisting with enrollment seemed annoyed and uninterested, which made the process feel unwelcoming. Outside the supermarket, I was approached multiple times by people offering taxi services after I declined. One person even started packing my groceries into boxes without being asked and then expected a tip before I got into my ride. It made for an uncomfortable end to an otherwise good shopping trip.

Most grocery stores increase the pricing of their products without warning. The informed customer understands that the pandemic has made shopping, among 100 other things, harder. I think the prices are fair, parking isn't hard to find and the check out line is efficient. The variety in types of products is great as well.
