He never checked the online price. Went home, checked the price again, and called the store. Was put on hold and called back and was treated rudely by a woman who said she was the manager. Was told to come back, tell the clerk about the online price (exactly what I had done the first visit!), and they would check the online price and honor it. So now I have to walk another 3/4 mile round trip in the heat and humidity to get the lower price (if it's still on the website!). Incompetent and inconsiderate "service".

First my order was delayed and it was supposed to be same day service. Then I have called several times and never get an answer. In fact the ringing gets shorter each time as if someone is declining the calls and sending them to the automated voice message. I find it hard to believe that every single associate in the store is busy with a customer as the automated message says every time I call. I just wanted to speak to someone about my order which would've taken 30 seconds. It will be the last time I order from this GNC. Their customer service is pretty much non existent.
