Great selection and fast, easy service. Hopefully by my next visit they will accept credit cards as well.

Love this place! Everyone is always super nice and extremely helpful. That one bad review must be a competitor lol. Been here multiple times and I'm that person who comes in and asks a load of questions and all I am met with is smiles and kind helpful people. GREAT SPOT OVERALL AND ALWAYS HAS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR! read more

They need better management and a much more respectful receptionist she was so rude toward Hispanics its crazy and its not the 1st 2nd or 5th time read more

It's not the 1st time I brought stale dry bud ,moldy also. Instead of taking off the shelf they lower the price to sell year old qeed that expired . Gotham buds is not the place to go. read more

They are my go to dispensary and have always had a positive weed related experience there. It has a really cool vibe inside with good music where you can linger and take your time looking without getting the push out. The well informed bud-tenders are friendly and knowledgeable and have not been disappointed with any of their recommendations. Management does a fantastic job being polite and extra in keeping customers happy. read more

They sell shitty edibles. Totally unreliable. Sometimes you get a little rush, but lately and more often than not you get nothing. And they charge you $25 for 10 candies. How charming at the store that they are so concerned about the flavors on offer. Huckleberry, tangerine. Give me a break. I thought I was going to get high. Their go-to supplier is Wyld. Totally pathetic. I would never buy their crap again. read more

Dont waste your time there I ordered online only to wait online to be told they are out of what I ordered --- read more

Good service! I was able to view what they had on their website and knew what I was looking for so I was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly enough and they had a good selection. Definitely on the pricey side if you aren't a frequent buyer so keep that in mind. If you're looking for cheap this isn't the place for you! read more

When not crowded they give good service, though they are often out of what I want. As my neighborhood shop, I try to patronize them, but sometimes they make it hard. I have gone near closing time enough times that I should know better but I'm still mystified why when I get there 10 minutes before closing (10:00PM) the doors are locked. If you need to leave by 10, you have to close earlier, not inconvenience your repeat (and new?) customers who made an effort to get there before you closed, only to find you don't value my business enough to stay open for the entirety of your posted business hours. On the flip side, it did give me a reason to try out a delivery service that brings the product to me - even when I ordered at closing time. Guess who's getting my next order?!?! read more

I appreciate their selection and knowledge about the brands they carry! I came 15 mins before closing! And even though they had already locked their doors, they let me in! Because I was their recently and they remembered me. The security lady was nice and understood my eagerness! She even offered me extra attention when I misquoted what I thought I paid for! I wasin The wrong, which I later understood, but she really wanted me to be okay, before I left! And that's always appreciated!!! The customer isn't always right! Go Harlem! read more

I live about 10 minutes walking distance from Gotham Buds. The first time I visited about a year ago, I was impressed when I entered the store and saw all the products they had on display. Unfortunately, most if not all of the products were not actually in stock, including many cartridges from different brands but none of the corresponding hardware. Like... what? Second visit was about a month ago. I rode my e-scooter to the store and attempted to enter the store with my e-scooter, walking it in.. Before I could even make it into the front vestibule of the store--not even the store itself--just the vestibule area with a lot of free open space, I was turned away because of my e-scooter. I said can I just leave it here inthe vestibule while I ran in and bought product. They were rude and unwelcoming. Not even "just this one time" from them. I frequent many other dispensaries in the city--all of them are welcoming and allow me to walk my e-scooter in -- this place was just rude and, honestly, such a huge disappointment. Don't even bother with them. There's no joy there. read more

The selection is top-notch, and the staff really knows their bud. They're super friendly and happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The shop is clean, organized, and has a great vibe. Fair prices and a smooth experience--this is my go-to spot uptown read more

The service is good for the most part and the employees are nice. The inventory of flower is extremely limited and once they sell out of a certain strain, it could be weeks or months before they get it back in stock, so they not consistent in keeping what you may like in stock. I had to start going to other dispensaries in Harlem to get what I like. Also, they dont have many options for 28g buyers most of the time they dont have ounces and when they do they are expensive ($200+), the inventory of flower is mainly based around expensive ($50-65) 3.5gs. The prices in general are about the same as other dispensaries in Harlem and they have a loyalty reward points system that gives discounts after you purchase a certain amount. But no disrespect, but Whoever is managing the store has got to step their game up with the inventory of flower, yall losing loyal customers like me due to lack of inventory. You gotta stay consistent or people will just go somewhere else, because people gone get they weed, whether from yall or from the streets or from another dispensary. Bring back $160 Untitled ounces and keep more $30 and under 3.5gs on deck as well. This is just constructive criticism, I hope yall listen to the customers to make your business reach its full potential. SALUTE read more

Terrible service, lack of inventory and highest prices. Not worth patronizing, try Tetra on 118 st.

Nice selection. They customer service was very attentive to my needs. I also like the fact that they are located on 125 street, Harlem

Hire more staff and expand your inventory please. You have great branding but some updated order pads would help spend up things.

Found this place a few months ago. It's been one of my go to for quality THC products. There are few places uptown that sells top of the line no chemicals added weed. Once you walk in you have to have your ID scanned such is the norm with all dispensaries. Once inside the room large with black walls. There are showcases and kiosk around the room that displays the products they sell. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They also seem to be from the neighborhood which is a bonus. It's great to either come with an idea of what you like or ask for recommendations. The prices are fair but if you compare it to what you can buy from the street or smoke shop it can be high. The only negative about this place is that they are constantly out of stock of product for weeks at a time. read more

How is this place suppose to be selling real weed I spent a couple of dollars with them meaning like a couple of $100 with them and they all they time to read it's been garbage however all the way they all garbage maybe I need to be rich to get high. From anything from this place I done waiting time and effort find good legal weed read more

Love their selections of flower and edibles. Prices comparable. Would've given them 5 stars but most times I have to wait on line for to get my order. Wish they had a separate line for preorders. Other dispensaries I've been to have a pickup section just for preorders. read more

this was my second time going where they close early. wish hours were more consistent

Extremely rude lady at the front desk and a staff that could care less. They never have the product you want and always have to settle. Better off going back to the corners and alleys for your weed. This lady actually threatened me physically inside and outside the store. read more

Great location. Easy to get to. Fabulous selection and prices were on point! The staff were awesome and friendly. The vibe was overall 10/10! I visited back at in August of 2024. read more

I had a great experience here last night. The store is spacious, they have a wide selection of everything from pre rolleds to infused ingredients for cooking, and the products are well displayed. It wasn't crowded so I was assisted quickly and in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. Denny (I believe her name was) helped me and she was friendly and really knowledgeable about their products. She also showed me this helpful chart when I had questions about products for more medicinal/therapeutic use. Plus they have pre-rolled blunts which I cannot find in any dispensary I've tried in Jersey. I have a high tolerance and quality was great too, especially for the price. read more

Shockingly rude door service from the two aunties. This place is bad vibes and will ruin your high

Cool shop and I'm glad they exist, but they need to work on two things: 1. Cashiers: Please don't spend so much time chit-chatting with customers if the store is busy. Overall the staff here is pretty cool and it's great to be friendly with the customers and answer their questions, but you also have to have some awareness that other people are waiting to order. If you're working checkout, and you look up to see 15 people lined up all the back to the door, you really need to do your best to keep those conversations brief and keep things moving. It's really frustrating to be waiting on line and seeing everyone in front of you camped out for LONG minutes at the counter. Be aware that people are waiting, please. 2. Do a better job at keeping products in stock. There have been many times I've come here to get something only to find out they no longer have it. And I know it's not a manufacturer issue, because every other dispensary in the city usually has it when this shop doesn't. read more

Okay dispensary. Some not so great employees. Some are very friendly but others are very rude. Ive run into this one lady (name starts with a D) before who was super rude the first time and I decided not to anything because everybody has bad days. Ignored me and let several people who came in after me go before me. But this is the second time she's been less than professional, didn't even say hello or look up at me. Super dismissive and not great for business I'm sure. Would avoid this place just to avoid this one employee but everyone else is friendly for the most part and ok product. Usually out of stock of most things. read more

Do not use a credit card or any card for that matter. if you don't have cash just skip out on this place. charged me almost 10 extra dollars with "atm" and "this and that" fees when I paid the "cashier" at the register not no ATM. she ALSO overcharges me for what I purchased and only gave me 1$ back in cash like girl where's my damn money. Anyways, very decent product compared to Brooklyn. read more

Very confusing explanation from the budtender coming from California. But an OK experience

Love the quality of the stuff in this place but closing at 9:45 when you have 15 minutes to go, annoyed

Would YOU buy a product that you can't see or smell ?! Whoever is in charge of marketing... DO BETTER. Common sense would be at least make the bottom of the bag clear you're welcome...2. VENTILATION...while your customers are standing on line‍waiting for the ball to drop...it's almost 2025! , one of the 20 staff members staring down your throat behind the counter should at least interact or give some info while wasting time. I'll stick to MY GUY & get better product for LE$$ The tourists & corn ball hood enthusiasts fascinated with buying "budz" if you want to call it that on 125th can Enjoy I wouldn't waste my dollars like that read more

Don't buy!!! My boyfriend brought weed and it's a waste of money and they charged tax for trash weed I will give it a zero stars if I could

zero stars I have never been so offended by weed in my lifetime. The people in the store are cool. OK whatever but what's not cool is selling this trash ass weed then putting a sales tax on top of it the weed is so garbage I flushed it down the toilet, and I am so upset because they don't let you smell it or even look at it literally you're taking a gamble and I don't like to gamble.. I am utterly disgusted and I highly recommend nobody go there. That was my first time and that guarantees to be my last time again disgusted dry weed no smell no taste no flavor and then it's over price I can continue but I'm pretty sure you guys get the idea, the weed smells like horsefeed or a bush in central Park read more
