They gut renovated both of our bathrooms, which was no easy task considering the overall age of our house, size of our bathroom, and required customization. They are incredibly hard working and always checked with us about our needs during the construction period. We feel very fortunate that we hired them. The quality of work in our bathrooms is top notch. Their ability to proceed with care, efficiency, problem-solve, communicate, and their attention to detail is outstanding. We feel like we had so many tall requests for this project and they delivered on all of them.

Khanh and his team consistently do an amazing job providing a finished project that meets or exceeds our expectations, all while protecting and respecting our property. Khanh is the only contractor I trust to not only accomplish my vision (in detail and meticulously) but also NOT destroy my property in the process. He always makes sure he knows exactly what you're asking for. He confirms he can accomplish it and even suggests modifications to the plan to improve it, to give you the best outcome. The whole team will come to your home and spend a day prepping your space "Dexter" style. He protects everything and anything near or around the work he will do. I've never had a problem with damage to my property with Khanh but I have with EVERY other contractor, no matter the job. In the past, every time we chose to go with someone else because Khanh wasn't available (scheduling), we regretted it! Khanh is a contractor that pays attention to detail, respects you and your property, and gives you exactly what you paid for or more. He's the only professional contractor I will work with for my home.

The team was able to work with us on pricing and figuring out ways to re-use or re-purpose existing undamaged parts of the kitchen to keep cost low. They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

I am only afraid that this recommendation might make him too busy for further work I may need.

Brito was on time, on budget, respectful of our home, super professional and pleasant to work with, and we were so appreciative of how communicative they were with us, texting us updates and photos throughout the process. We had several contractors prior to Brito Construction come to assess and quote this same job and we were either told that the project wasn't worth their time or wouldn't do both the structural and the finish work such as putting in the flooring. We had lots of back-of-a-napkin quotes with no itemization and no time frame available. In contrast, Kevin came, quoted the project, was straightforward about what would need to be done, arranged a time a few weeks in the future when we could be out of the house, and did such a beautiful job down to all the little details that it feels like a new home. Despite the huge demo done, we came home to a spotless house and a yard clean on debris. Professional work, done on time, by honest people.
