OWNER (older gentleman with gray hair) ATTEMPTED TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT ME!!!…read more Completely unprofessional and disgusted at his behavior. I have brought in my comforter multiple times to Fresh Cleaners at Morada and have not had any issues in the past, until this last time. Whenever I have had something I wanted cleaned in detail I always let them know where the spot is and it's never been an issue. When I got my comforter back this last time, I got home to put it on my bed and noticed this yellowing large spot, I brought it back and they offered to rewash and clean it while also instantly claiming it was like that when indeed it was not. I was disappointed but they agreed to clean it again and I was fine with that. Today I went to pick it up another full week they had it and again the stain was there and they instantly blamed me stating it was already like that. I again reaffirmed that if there was a stain that large and YELLOW I would have made sure to let them know. I don't have kids, pets, and know I never had an accident on my comforter so whatever chemicals they used must have caused this stain. I simply asked "how can we make this right?" And the owner starts yelling at me getting upset super quick the other team member had to tell him to calm down. At this point I said you're not willing to do anything and I will never come back here. I did not necessarily want a refund I just knew I wouldn't return here with any of my belongings and this really set him off. I grabbed my comforter and began to walk out and he threw a plastic jar or cup at me barely missing me and it broke due to how hard he threw it. I said man you're crazy and he began to come out of the store looking like he wanted to pick a fight. This completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will never come back here but thank you for at least trying again and almost assaulting me I guess.

They said they can do it in about 24 hrs but it would be extra cost. We arrived there at 12noon & the lady at the front asked when we need it back. I told her hopefully by 1pm at the latest on Sat bc our event is at 4pm. She said they can be do it by 11am Sat. At 5:30pm SAME DAY, i received a text saying my order way ready! Went there to find all 3 dresses beautifully pressed. Note that all 3 dresses had lots of draping which would have been very hard to iron myself. Luckily Fresh Cleaners are pros! For the reasonable price, it was SO VERY WORTH IT! They came thru for us in a pinch and we can't thank them enough! THANK YOU, Fresh Cleaners!

This is the WORST cleaners I have ever been to. I took my wedding dress in for $150 mid January and…read morethe owner said it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Promised it would be ready 2/3/2025 and here we are, today 2/15 where I am still pissed off about my dress. I came on 2/4 and my dress wasn't ready. Ok cool, I came back the next day and my dress still reeked and had a bunch of dirt and hairs all over the train. the worker said they would clean it again. I was skeptical because assuming they are professionals, how can they pack up the dress with all that dirt literally on the train THAT visible? Like you guys have some nerve to give it back to me in such a terrible condition ? Came back again a few days later and I was suspicious so i told them to open the bag so I can smell the train to see if it still smelled. It did have a scent still, plus 100000 dog looking hairs from who knows where and a bunch of dirt still from the previous time I came in. Owner apologized and said he would clean it again. i expressed my frustration on how I came back MULTIPLE times already and they couldn't clean it right. He told me he was sorry and he would get it done by 2/14. i didn't have time to pick it up so here I am today. Came to pick up my dress and the smell was gone, a few hairs still lingered. I decided to just take the L and store it away. To my surprise, i noticed the beads around the trimming of my dress had completely been broken off. Some beads dangling from a thread and some were just missing and empty patches. WTF? HOW ARE YOU A PROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN CLEAN A WEDDING DRESS RIGHT? Honestly I could have cleaned it myself if this was the outcome I foresaw. DO NOT COME HERE! I totally regret even taking my dress in. They literally ruined my dress and now I am left angry and cannot even fix the dress.
