Paul's cleaner has been in Lodi I would say for probably almost 25 years and I always see his wife…read moreor Paul and they're working and I am person who does a huge amount of dry cleaning maybe three times a month at the most but they always remember my first and last name exactly what I want And are super quick and getting back to my work uniforms and scrubs that I'd like to have dry cleaned and my security Officer uniforms that I'd like freshly Pressed and ironed. Also for what they charge they are the best dry cleaning in town and are willing to do amazing alterations on things that have been torn or older pants that I still white they are easy for them to fix and are willing to put new patches on shirts and also can pretty much get stains out of anything. I have a older 5.11 T-shirt that I believe either had glue or something else on it that I cannot remove using my home washer and dryer which are a nice set of whirlpool with the steam version in the 20 different cycles. Set alarm for washing it three or four times and seeing the I believe glue or gum stains on it I said I would try to figure out and take it to Paul's Cleaners and see what they can do well they did a amazing job on it they got rid of all of the little glue stains or particles that were stuck to the back of it and also got out of a smaller stain in the lower left-hand corner at shout in the other winery pre-treatment stuff wouldn't be able to do and this was just a standard cotton/polyester T-shirt the shirt means a lot to me as I've had it since I've lost a bunch of weight and it was one of the first shirts I bought so I have more of a sentimental value and anything else but I still love it. The only other dry cleaners in lodi is Guilds and they are twice the price and the results are horrible are as the customer service. It seems that Paul and his wife are getting up an age and I hope we can stay around as long as they can providing the great customer service great quality of the product and also the great prices and services that they provide. It cost nothing to be nice to people and I wish I knew Paul's wife's name who is always working in the front counter because one time I had little bit of poor planning on my part I actually a huge part of the poor planning on my part and I dropped my stuff off on a Tuesday at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and asked if I could have it ready the next day if it was possible it was ready and the next morning. They really love their customers there and treat you like family I have not gotten any better service for dry cleaning in Lodi then Paul Cleaners. I hope you guys are still doing well and can stay in business as long as you can but I also know that you guys also deserve a retirement for all the hard work that you guys have done over the years for everybody in Lodi that uses your services thank you.

Since it changed ownership and is a Martinizing store, I'm not sure if the cleaning process has changed. Recently, my wife had a problem with a new blouse that had a coffee stain. The cleaning results were not good. Not only was the coffee stain still visible, but there were other stains on the blouse. She refused to accept the blouse and was told by either the owner or an employee that the blouse would be cleaned again. The results was still unsatisfactory. Then, she was told that the blouse would be sent out to another cleaning source. My wife has not heard back from Fresh Cleaners in over 3 weeks. Under the previous owners, we had better results and will look for another dry cleaner.

I was honestly worried I wouldn't be able to find someone who could get it done in time, but Sunny at Best Cleaners came through for me. She was so sweet, patient, and genuinely did everything she could to make it happen. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She has been sewing for 40 years, and that experience really shows. I was so grateful that she was willing to work with me on such short notice that I was more than happy to pay extra for the rush service. She absolutely deserved it. The dress turned out beautifully, and she saved me a huge amount of stress before the wedding. If you ever need alterations or tailoring, especially when you're in a bind, I highly recommend Sunny at Best Cleaners. I have brought in my comforter multiple times to Fresh Cleaners at Morada and have not had any issues in the past, until this last time. Whenever I have had something I wanted cleaned in detail I always let them know where the spot is and it's never been an issue. When I got my comforter back this last time, I got home to put it on my bed and noticed this yellowing large spot, I brought it back and they offered to rewash and clean it while also instantly claiming it was like that when indeed it was not. I was disappointed but they agreed to clean it again and I was fine with that. Today I went to pick it up another full week they had it and again the stain was there and they instantly blamed me stating it was already like that. I again reaffirmed that if there was a stain that large and YELLOW I would have made sure to let them know. I don't have kids, pets, and know I never had an accident on my comforter so whatever chemicals they used must have caused this stain. I simply asked "how can we make this right?" And the owner starts yelling at me getting upset super quick the other team member had to tell him to calm down. At this point I said you're not willing to do anything and I will never come back here. I did not necessarily want a refund I just knew I wouldn't return here with any of my belongings and this really set him off. I grabbed my comforter and began to walk out and he threw a plastic jar or cup at me barely missing me and it broke due to how hard he threw it. I said man you're crazy and he began to come out of the store looking like he wanted to pick a fight. This completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
