OWNER (older gentleman with gray hair) ATTEMPTED TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT ME!!! Completely unprofessional and disgusted at his behavior. I have brought in my comforter multiple times to Fresh Cleaners at Morada and have not had any issues in the past, until this last time. Whenever I have had something I wanted cleaned in detail I always let them know where the spot is and it's never been an issue. When I got my comforter back this last time, I got home to put it on my bed and noticed this yellowing large spot, I brought it back and they offered to rewash and clean it while also instantly claiming it was like that when indeed it was not. I was disappointed but they agreed to clean it again and I was fine with that. Today I went to pick it up another full week they had it and again the stain was there and they instantly blamed me stating it was already like that. I again reaffirmed that if there was a stain that large and YELLOW I would have made sure to let them know. I don't have kids, pets, and know I never had an accident on my comforter so whatever chemicals they used must have caused this stain. I simply asked "how can we make this right?" And the owner starts yelling at me getting upset super quick the other team member had to tell him to calm down. At this point I said you're not willing to do anything and I will never come back here. I did not necessarily want a refund I just knew I wouldn't return here with any of my belongings and this really set him off. I grabbed my comforter and began to walk out and he threw a plastic jar or cup at me barely missing me and it broke due to how hard he threw it. I said man you're crazy and he began to come out of the store looking like he wanted to pick a fight. This completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will never come back here but thank you for at least trying again and almost assaulting me I guess. read more

Very sweet and professional lady! I came here to get a bridesmaid's dress tailored for a wedding. I only needed it to be shortened and she was able to take measurements right away. I brought the dress in on a Friday and it was ready for pickup the following Wednesday, per my request. I just move to this area and took a bunch of my husband's shirts to this place for a couple of times; they were friendly and no complaints. Unfortunately, the last time I came to pick up the shirts, when I got home and started to hang them in the closet I noticed that the neck was still wrinkle in several of the shirts and I just took photos to show them before dropping more shirts. I went this week to drop more shirts and show the lady my pictures and asked to take better care of them and her respond was that they do what they could and she didn't see anything wrong in my photos... that sometimes necks are difficult. What did I do? I grab the shirts and they won't see me again. She was not the usual lady in the front, but lack of customer service make customers look for another place for a better service. read more

I originally tried this place because it is close to my house. I've never had anything dry cleaned before and when I spoke with the nice girl on the phone she suggested the items I had should be LAUNDERED not dry cleaned. So I took the items in and dropped them off. When I went to pick them up today one of my boyfriends very expensive HUGO BOSS shirts is RUINED it has a big STAIN on the front of it that was not there before I dropped it off and I know that FOR A FACT. I called right after I got home and the girl said she would need to speak with the manager when they got in around 2:30. I really didn't think it was going to be an issue for them to AT LEAST attempt to get the stain out so I told her that was not a problem. When she called me back she told me that management said that they are not liable for the stain. She said they don't check for stains when laundering items but that there is no way that the stain happened while they had it. I explained to her I looked over EACH shirt before bringing it because I have heard of things like this happening and was worried about it. She told me she is sorry she just works there, I heard the manager talking to her in the background more and she further insisted it was not their fault and that if I wanted to bring it in and PAY THEM MORE money they could attempt to get the stain out. I explained to her that it would cost them next to nothing to attempt to get the stain out and they are losing a customer over $4. She apologized and said I could come in and speak with management (who was standing RIGHT THERE but refused to get on the phone) but that they were going to tell me the same thing. When I asked if they have someone above that manager I can speak with she told me to check the website and excused herself from the call. I checked the website and can only find numbers for other stores. Called one of the other stores and THAT employee told me I could call and speak with HIS manager on Monday but that he would probably be unable to give me any info on who could help me either. read more
