I took some clothes here to be altered and paid in advance $400.00 it took her over two months she continued to tell me she needed more time. Sunny was completing all other alterations except mine . Finally I went to pick up my outfit and she said she couldn't do it said she couldn't refund my money. All she could do was more alterations or dry cleaning . I took in my dress to Best Cleaners that I am wearing for my daughter's wedding who is getting married October 12, 2024. I brought in my dress that is worth $250 on Saturday, September 14. Sunny assured me that she could do the alteration. I tried it on for her and she made the necessary markings on the bottom of the dress where it needed to be altered. She told me it would be ready on Saturday, September 28. I picked up my dress at the promised date and time. When I tried it on I immediately noticed the bottom of the dress was crooked and not altered properly. There was also white markings that she had made that you could still. I told her the tulle hem was crooked and had jagged edges. It looked like a child cut the bottom of the dress. She then admitted to me that they did not have the proper equipment to alter this type of dress with the material that it was which was just tulle and an underlay of simple fabric. It's a straight dress floor length nothing complicated. I asked her why she would agree to alter the dress if she knew she did not have the proper equipment to do it correctly. She admitted that it was not done properly. She insisted that I pay and I told her I am not paying for something that is not done properly and now my dress is ruined and I have to try to find someone else to correct it in less than two weeks. I do not recommend this place to anyone. She did not offer to compensate me for getting it fixed. Best Cleaners is the WORST experience I have ever had! read more

I've never brought my clothes to the dry cleaners until now! I bring my husbands pants to get starched and he loves them. The service is great she remembers names and what you asked for. It is a little bit of a wait depending on how much you bring in. We brought 5 pants for heavy starch and a shirt and waited 3 days... but definitely worth the wait I can't complain... she's a hard worker with lots of clothes so always worth the wait and price read more

Awful service. This business ruined three tops, after I have taken countless items to be cleaned, and the owner argued with me that the tops were not stretched out. When I demonstrated how they were suppose to fit, he then claimed that another cleaner must of stretched out my tops. Unreal. Do not take your clothing to this dry cleaner.
