I'm absolutely obsessed with how my shirt came out! It was initially a dress but I wanted something more baby doll style that would suit the y2k style of the dress. I got 9 inches hemmed in the front and 8 in the back. The straps were also extremely wrinkled and what I did not expect was for them to iron it. That was a pleasant bonus. Definitely recommend. Paul's cleaner has been in Lodi I would say for probably almost 25 years and I always see his wife or Paul and they're working and I am person who does a huge amount of dry cleaning maybe three times a month at the most but they always remember my first and last name exactly what I want And are super quick and getting back to my work uniforms and scrubs that I'd like to have dry cleaned and my security Officer uniforms that I'd like freshly Pressed and ironed. Also for what they charge they are the best dry cleaning in town and are willing to do amazing alterations on things that have been torn or older pants that I still white they are easy for them to fix and are willing to put new patches on shirts and also can pretty much get stains out of anything. I have a older 5.11 T-shirt that I believe either had glue or something else on it that I cannot remove using my home washer and dryer which are a nice set of whirlpool with the steam version in the 20 different cycles. Set alarm for washing it three or four times and seeing the I believe glue or gum stains on it I said I would try to figure out and take it to Paul's Cleaners and see what they can do well they did a amazing job on it they got rid of all of the little glue stains or particles that were stuck to the back of it and also got out of a smaller stain in the lower left-hand corner at shout in the other winery pre-treatment stuff wouldn't be able to do and this was just a standard cotton/polyester T-shirt the shirt means a lot to me as I've had it since I've lost a bunch of weight and it was one of the first shirts I bought so I have more of a sentimental value and anything else but I still love it. The only other dry cleaners in lodi is Guilds and they are twice the price and the results are horrible are as the customer service. It seems that Paul and his wife are getting up an age and I hope we can stay around as long as they can providing the great customer service great quality of the product and also the great prices and services that they provide. It cost nothing to be nice to people and I wish I knew Paul's wife's name who is always working in the front counter because one time I had little bit of poor planning on my part I actually a huge part of the poor planning on my part and I dropped my stuff off on a Tuesday at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and asked if I could have it ready the next day if it was possible it was ready and the next morning. They really love their customers there and treat you like family I have not gotten any better service for dry cleaning in Lodi then Paul Cleaners. I hope you guys are still doing well and can stay in business as long as you can but I also know that you guys also deserve a retirement for all the hard work that you guys have done over the years for everybody in Lodi that uses your services thank you. read more

They refuse to answer the phone when I call. I have called several times. This is EXTREMELY POOR customer service.

I have been here twice. The first time I was charged for 6 shirts when I only had 5 and they didn't correct it. She said they already ran the credit card. I asked for a credit or something and she said maybe next time. So, I decided to try again as everyone makes a mistake. The second time, I made sure she knew it was 5 shirts and asked if she remembered me and if I get one free. She didn't really confirm. When I picked them up, this time she charged me for 5 dry cleaned shirts instead of laundered like the first time. Same shirts. It was over $28 for 5 shirts that should have been half that amount. When I asked a little it she said oh sorry. Nice shirts. They need dry cleaning. They are regular cotton/ cotton blend dress shirts. Sadly, i will have to find somewhere else. read more

I have never written a review before! Very nice Lady working there! I had 6 pairs of pants (3 pairs of jeans and 3 slacks) that needed to be hemmed, they were all different pants and she was very patient and pinned every single pair after I tried them on. It only took a few days until they were done, other places i've taken only 1 pair and they tell me it's over a month wait. She did a very good job and also got all the wrinkles out of the jeans (which were very wrinkled) Very nice and affordable! Thank you guys so much :) read more

didnt acknowledge my presence when I entered the store. had to yell for help when the owner was clearly visible in the back doing something. they didnt apologize. they spoke a total of less than 10 words to me during the whole interaction. i felt like i was talking to a wall. just weird. read more
