Great prices and very clean. Most of the staff are professional except for the female(old lady) working in the morning. I believe she's racist and doesn't like Black/African Americans! Be very cautious when it comes to her, I've experienced a few things that I felt were unpleasant and unprofessional so I will no longer tolerate this type of behavior. This is by far one of my favorite laundromats, but I'll have to find a new place to wash my clothing now that this staff has made me feel uncomfortable! This has been the place of choice for us as we live in our RV temporarily. The best times to go are of course on the weekdays. The place is clean and I regularly see someone going around tidying up the place. Im not a fan of the parking lot area but its doable. In town due to a family emergency trying to get things caught up around the house had a comforter I couldn't get in the washing machine so I took it here. Very nice gentleman did the fluff and fold for me while I went to the hospital. Only bad thing I should have asked the price first, he said he didn't know he would have to check with his boss. I haven't had the need to go to a laundry mat in years. I recently moved to Lodi and where I moved has no w/d hook ups. However, the locals and my coworkers kept telling me about Laundry Day. They said get up early and use the big washers, plus FREE DRY. I got up early on a Saturday and took up 6 washers at once. Darks, whites, colors, sheets, comforters, towels. This place was already buzzing by 8:30am. I grabbed a chair, people watched and played on my phone. The large washers I used were $6.25 a load but they were all big full loads. I think that is OK considering I don't have to pay for drying. The place has tv's, next to Dollar store so you can go shopping as your clothes are washing or drying. There was a worker there sweeping up the floor, keeping it clean. Each load took two cycles to dry and large tables are there to fold your heart away. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours on a Saturday morning. read more

I use the wash and fold service. My laundry always comes out smelling clean and is wonderful folded. My laundry always looks so neat and tidy. I love it. I need the wash and fold service so it is a wonderful help to me! I don't know what I would do without it. The laundry mat itself is always clean and neat. I came into to wash a load of laundry today at 11:42am I paid my $2.25 to start the washer and there is a sign clearly posted that says FREE DRY WITH WASH. At 12:35pm The attendant who was on duty only spoke spanish to me until i apologized for to her by saying Sorry, I Dont understand. She looked annoyed and said in broken english, that i needed to pay to use the free dryers. When there were other people who came in & went straight to the "free dryers" weren't told anything. So just because I didn't respond to her in spanish i got told i needed to pay her. Not all mexicans speak spanish, so why do i have to pay. Whatever. I'm waiting on her to come back. If she is so petty over a freaken quarter she can have it. I'm not coming back to this place clearly whatever rules that are in place only apply to those who don't speak the language. **update** 1:00pm Sure enough after my 25mins on the free dryer she told me what are you doing you need to pay then asked me how many times i dried. I told her so why are there signs posted that say Free Dry with Wash. She said you didn't wash. I told her you seen me come in, while you were cleaning out the lint traps I was sitting across from you what the hell did you think i was doing. I pointed to the lady behind me who I was previously speaking to about the washer since she wanted to use the machine after me. I told her to ask her if she took the machine over from then she got embarrassed that I had a witness and apologized. Maybe she should've asked me to begin with instead of being so damn rude about. Maybe if she wasn't so busy talking or doing whatever it was she could've seen that. Its fine, cause thankfully there are cameras and we were in view of both of them. I know I was. I come here all the time, it's close to home and has friendly owners and employees. The prices are fair and now with free dry when you wash you really can't beat it. They have 3 tv's and inside seating along with WIFI and with food close by you can get a bite to eat while you are waiting. I hate laundromats...but...sometimes it is best to do everything at once and be done. As laundromats go...this is worth the extra time it takes me to get there and I have gone numerous times. Usually it is as painless as it can get, I love that you can use your card and not drag 7000 quarters around, I really appreciate the free dryers if you wash there...and usually the place is kept very clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the last time I was there the attendant took my basket to use herself for the drop off service. Hey, that's fine...I wasn't using it at the moment...but she scoffed at me when she did and said she needed it to make her money. I have put in a review before for laundry day and I since came back. Then about 2 months ago I stopped coming here again because I felt my laundry was not getting clean and I hand to rewash a load. Today I came back again figuring it's convenient for me so I will just do the laundry there. AGAIN, I am rewashing a load because once the cycle was done I took my items out and they were not even wet. I told the attendant and she said did you do heavy load? I said yes I did and paid the extra for it then she told me I overloaded the washer. I know how to do laundry and I knew something was not right when I did not see water in the washer. But she would not listen. I put them in a different washer and guess what there was water. I won't be going back. There is trash all over the floor, stains on the mats and the once white floor is brown. Don't waste your time or money. read more

With multiple TVs running a variety of shows, free WIFI, vending machines, clean facilities, a variety of quarter and Card payment options...its hard to find anything negative to say. Above all, the customer service here is STELLAR. When I have any issues with machines or accidentally cause a mini flood (true story), they are so professional and friendly. In my travels, I've frequented a few laundomats. Some were sketchy, others great. I happened on this one on a Friday around noon. Kids must be out of school because it was packed! However, I was able to get two loads washed & dried within an hour and a half. Clean place, free dryer if you wash here. So, 2 loads cost 5 bucks. Clean place to wash your clothes. Ironic that a laundromat can be dirty but trust me, there are places that are dirty and you dont even want your dirty clothes there. The perk is that the drying is FREE! How awesome is that. Wifi while youre waiting, places to sit, shopping within walking distance.
