This is the WORST cleaners I have ever been to. I took my wedding dress in for $150 mid January and the owner said it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Promised it would be ready 2/3/2025 and here we are, today 2/15 where I am still pissed off about my dress. I came on 2/4 and my dress wasn't ready. Ok cool, I came back the next day and my dress still reeked and had a bunch of dirt and hairs all over the train. the worker said they would clean it again. I was skeptical because assuming they are professionals, how can they pack up the dress with all that dirt literally on the train THAT visible? Like you guys have some nerve to give it back to me in such a terrible condition ? Came back again a few days later and I was suspicious so i told them to open the bag so I can smell the train to see if it still smelled. It did have a scent still, plus 100000 dog looking hairs from who knows where and a bunch of dirt still from the previous time I came in. Owner apologized and said he would clean it again. i expressed my frustration on how I came back MULTIPLE times already and they couldn't clean it right. He told me he was sorry and he would get it done by 2/14. i didn't have time to pick it up so here I am today. Came to pick up my dress and the smell was gone, a few hairs still lingered. I decided to just take the L and store it away. To my surprise, i noticed the beads around the trimming of my dress had completely been broken off. Some beads dangling from a thread and some were just missing and empty patches. WTF? HOW ARE YOU A PROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN CLEAN A WEDDING DRESS RIGHT? Honestly I could have cleaned it myself if this was the outcome I foresaw. DO NOT COME HERE! I totally regret even taking my dress in. They literally ruined my dress and now I am left angry and cannot even fix the dress. read more

I'm reviewing this place solely for military patches. We dropped off the uniform on a Sunday, and they said they'd had it sewn on by Friday. Was able to pick up on time and it was sewn on correctly. Thumbs up! read more

I dropped my two coats off Wednesday and requested to have them by Friday. When I came Friday the gentleman there said that they will have it ready in 30 more minutes. Remind you I was never given a pick up time in the first place. He verified my phone number as if he would call when my jackets were ready. WRONG! They never called which led me to forget about my jackets. Granted, it is my fault I forgot about my own jackets but good lord. Courtesy call never hurt anyone- people need them. Especially since my Dad flew in from out of town to attend a Father & Daughter dance with me Im super excited but I won't have my fur coat as planned. They're closed on Sundays. I'm very disappointed. I hope my jackets are cleaned properly. read more

Brought a peacoat in last Wednesday morning...picked it up today; It's not even clean and it cost $26...not sure what I paid for as it took a while to get back and I'm confused about what they did because it looks the same as when I dropped it off. I'm glad I tested this place out with one coat before I brought in all my work suits to be dry-cleaned for storage. Blah, won't be going back there. read more

I took a top and a pair of jeans to the cleaners. For the top, it had stains in it that I asked to be removed. When I picked it up, I asked if they were able to get the stain out, they said yes. But when I got home, the stains were still there. The jeans, I wanted the waist to be altered because they were too big. He altered the jeans from the back instead of the sides. And now the pants fit funny (bulges out in the back) and the stitching looks weird. And it has string coming out. Waste of money. Worse experience at the cleaners ever! read more

They get it done pretty quickly too, even if you don't need it back right away. Superior Cleaners is my reliable "Go To" for dry cleaning my long sleeve shirts, ties, sweaters, jackets, and pants. Sure, they are higher priced than other competitors in Elk Grove but I believe in paying higher if I receive the quality in return. They are always friendly, my clothes look pristine, never lose my clothing, and ready for pick up on the day they promise. I hope they stick around for a long time! Superior Cleaners' typical turn around time is 3 days but you can ask them to pick up your clothes earlier and they will place a rush on it. Their open hours are perfect for picking up clothes after commuting from my 5pm work. They maintain a clean establishment and I don't feel stuffy when I walk in. I have yet to try their alteration services but plan to give them a try. The only room for improvement is to upgrade their credit card processing system. read more

I rarely take things to the dry cleaners. I do have a sweatshirt that needs special cleaning so I tried to take it to the discount cleaners down the road who I have always used and will continue to go to and they could not clean this sweatshirt due to varying fabrics and colors. Superior cleaners didn't even bat an eye and cleaned it perfectly and quickly for only $9. The gentlemen who helped me, Brian, was very nice. read more

This is my regular dry cleaner. They do excellent work and the price is not too bad. My clothes are clean and well pressed, I have never been disappointed. They also cleaned my bedroom comforter as well. Their customer service is excellent, they are all friendly and quick to greet you. Today I walked in and I was greeted immediately. They were already retrieving the clothing I left last week before I even gave them the receipt. I guess they know me as a usual customer. It's conveniently located and that's half the battle. The people who work there are nice enough, the prices are a little high but for the most part it's fine. Just recently, my shirts were cleaned and pressed but they were jammed between so many other clothes that they had deep creases. We are shopping around. read more

If you want for your sweaters to be ruined and stretched out to 5 sizes too big- this is the place for you! If you want the owners to tell you that "it's impossible for dry cleaning chemicals to damage clothing" all while you're holding up a once loved now damaged beyond repair shirt- then look no further! And if when you bring back your damaged items within hours of picking them first up- only to be told by the business owner that somehow you managed to do all the damage yourself in that amount of time... then this is the place to go! The only thing 'superior' about this establishment is the attitude that they have towards customers. Three people were there when I took the items back. Two out of three would not even look at nor acknowledge that I was there. The third man, after telling me that dry cleaning cannot possibly damage clothes (whether done correctly or not) and that therefore I must be lying about any possible damage, then literally dismissed me and walked away! That was it. It was as though I did not exist. There was no apology! No acknowledging that these were all new items worn only a few times before being left with them for cleaning and that I still have the purchase receipts for. No reimbursement even for the original payment made to them for them to clean the items that they ruined. And when I asked... the owner just laughed! How is it even possible for a business to treat customers this way? How is it even legal?! I went to this place because of all the great reviews. I don't often write reviews but my experience here was so over the top horrific, Im just hoping that other people will take it as a warning and stay away so that they don't have to experience what I did. I googled Dry Cleaners in Elk Grove, read reviews and this dry cleaners they had pretty good reviews. I needed a state uniform clean and pressed. I walked in at 1:00 pm Friday afternoon and asked if he would be able to get it done by Saturday evening for me, and his response was , "No I can not do that." I was like, ok, well can you have it done by early Monday morning. Again, his response was no. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service!! What makes this better is it states on their window same day service. I will NEVER take my business there not refer anyone to them. The best dry cleaners in Elk Grove! This is right around the corner from my house and they're very friendly! Every time they ask when I need my clothes done by they get it done! I travel a lot so this place is my best friend to get all my suits and clothes dry cleaned! I come here like every week! The best thing is that everytime I pick up my cashmere sweaters they're wrapped perfectly in plastic and opening feels like I'm opening up a brand new sweater that I just purchased from a high end store! Great customer service, and prices are average. So far we have had men's suits dry cleaned and great job. My husband also had a pair of brand new suit slacks that had alterations, great job also, and low competitive price. We had gone to several alteration company's and prices were high- here they are great! Dropped off a sports coat to be cleaned and pressed. Just picked it up and thought I should check it out before I drove away. When I took it out of the plastic, it looked as though they hadn't done anything to it! Same few wrinkles and a couple of stains and even a piece of lint that was on the back.
