    Brought a peacoat in last Wednesday morning...picked it up today; It's not even clean and it cost $26...not sure what I paid for as it took a while to get back and I'm confused about what they did because it looks the same as when I dropped it off. I'm glad I tested this place out with one coat before I brought in all my work suits to be dry-cleaned for storage. Blah, won't be going back there.

    I took a top and a pair of jeans to the cleaners. For the top, it had stains in it that I asked to be removed. When I picked it up, I asked if they were able to get the stain out, they said yes. But when I got home, the stains were still there. The jeans, I wanted the waist to be altered because they were too big. He altered the jeans from the back instead of the sides. And now the pants fit funny (bulges out in the back) and the stitching looks weird. And it has string coming out. Waste of money. Worse experience at the cleaners ever!

    Negative stars, most pathetic excuse for a business I've ever encountered. Attempted to create an…read moreaccount on their website to schedule a delivery, page refreshes and sends me back to the start so I try I again. It tells me my account is created so I try and log in. Page refreshes, sends me back. I try this over and over, tired to re-create an account, says I already have one, but won't let me log on. It seems like this "company" only has interest in losing money, that's the only thing they're doing well.

    This review is on their service and the owner only..which sadly is one in the same. I was referred…read moreby a friend and was even given the owners personal cell number. I didn't use it. Im looking for a full service fluff and fold along with dry cleaning so I gave it a test run. And there began the longest ordeal to wash some clothes. I downloaded the app as directed and signed up for the text. I schedule pick up for a Thursday through the texting service. Receive a confirmation text. I double checked in the app and it was scheduled there as well. How neat! Well around 4 pm on Thursday I call to find out what gives since my clothes have been out front since 9 am. I am told they have no record of my order and that I probably didn't answer the text quick enough to get on the schedule. I was also advised, in the future, after scheduling through the texting service to call and confirm that they got the order so this doesn't happen again. Ok??! The lady was helpful though and I put on the schedule for the following week. The following Thursday comes around and they come and pick up as promised with a delivery date of the following Thursday. The night before I check the app and I see my order has been split into 2. Tops and bottoms. No big deal until only the bottoms were dropped off. I call immediately and was told they didn't get delivered because one of my tops was not finished and I would have to wait until the following Thursday to get my items. NOT ACCEPTABLE! But didn't I know they had a flood in their Lodi location and that put them behind and if I wanted to I could go and pick it up in Lodi instead of waiting. I asked instead that the owner call me. I then proceeded to use that cell number I was given and call the owner. I left a message asking for a call back explaining briefly my situation. No phone call. Today, a week later, the delivery driver dropped off the remainders of my items and told my husband that he was sorry for the confusion and that they would like to offer a discount for the next service and that HE would be delivering from now on as the new delivery driver. Hubs told him no thank you, we won't be back. This whole ordeal is just an example of poor management. Technical issues with apps etc are admissible but hiding behind your employees who try their hardest to keep your investment afloat is just despicable. Had you picked up the phone and talked to me we could have come to a resolution. Now, i just don't want anyone else to have this headache.
