Had the sleeves of dress shirts hemmed. The lady didn't seem confident. I should have gone somewhere else. Left it on Tuesday. She said to come back on Saturday. Came back at 11am on Saturday. She said come back at three because she hasn't even worked on it. Came back at three she only had two dress shirts done. When I finally got all three I was so excited, but one was cut way too short. It was kind of rushed and sloppily done. I should've trusted my gut instinct and she should've trusted hers too and turned me away. Do not get your dress shirts sleeves hemmed here. I've had dress shirt sleeve hemmed elsewhere and they were done a lot better. I should've gone to where I went before but it was just a little further than where I wanted to go. I wouldn't go here again. Paid about $45 to get three dress shirts done. I can't say much about the cleaning service tho. read more

Prior to the new ownership (about two years ago), this place was awesome. With that said, I would have to concur with Juan G.'s post (see further down on this thread) regarding how things are now. They've cut back on their hours of operation and are often closed or not available during their advertised hours of operation. Sad to say, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm always skeptical of cleaners when they don't have prices posted, and this is the worst of them. I've had dry cleaning done in many cities and never have 15pc cost $90+...and none of them were suits and some I asked for laundry. I questioned it upon pick up and she said she'd give me 10% off . When I inspected the clothes the press was low quality (light wrinkles). Then (same day) I wanted a windbreaker zipper fixed; I was quoted one possible price and it could be done. Only to get a call to take a completely different one not similar and was not the full length. We go back and forth and I was willing to pay more for the exact same one (which all of a sudden she asked me to prepay for this time)...gave them time to get it, but then I'm called back days later to say they couldn't do it. Should have listened to my wife...and just went elsewhere from the initial quote. read more

These guys overcharged me. I brought in two coats. One of them was a medium sized coat as it fits me at the hip but they charged me $25 each when the price advertised should have been $16 for the medium coat. I was willing to pay for it anyway as I don't want to drive around to other dry cleaning places since I was already inside their store. Upon paying a guy tells me one of my coats has a 50/50 chance that the buttons can be damaged because it looks like plastic. I didn't want to take the risk with them so took the coat back. I don't understand how a coat that's labeled 'dry clean only' on the tag cannot be safely cleaned at a dry cleaners? Isn't it their job to clean it safely because otherwise what is the point of having dry cleaning service? So I decided to only leave one coat with them instead. When I went to pick it up on the day it was due which was four days later it looked awful. Lint everywhere and it looked the exact same as I dropped it off. It's as if they just sprayed my coat with perfume and threw it in the plastic bag. What a half azzed dry cleaning job! They didn't even bother to use a lint roller to take out the white lint off my coat. I could have saved $25 and washed the coat myself and use a lint roller. Which was what I did with the other coat that they denied AFTER I GOT HOME FROM THEIR STORE. The buttons did not damage in the wash either. I will not be back. Edit: Listen, why would I lie about my review? I don't have a motive to lie and ruin your business. All you needed to do is a better job. I know you have to tell me the buttons can be damaged to protect yourself. I understand that and Im not willing to risk it. But my family used to work at a dry cleaners and they cover the buttons with foil so they don't look like they do a half azzed job. If you don't see any white lint on a blue jacket you might need glasses. And also why would I say anything while I was at your store? I never threw my coat in the washer and dryer before taking it to your place of business so how would I know? I said I washed it myself after you didn't think you can clean it properly. I was there on a Monday and picked up on Thursday. There was no holiday. Correct, I am not the owner but you as the owner you need to change the prices on your sign because you are committing false advertising. This is not no third world country proving service on the street and making up any price you want. You are the liar and a fraud. read more

I told the lady I would pick them up at 8:30am on Saturday because I was going to an event after work. I went Saturday and it took the guy 5 minutes to find my pants and no one even touched them! New in the area and not sure where to go, at first I brought 2 pants for length alteration on a Monday and it was ready on Thursday. They did a good job. My second visit was for the other 3 pants for length alteration too and brought it on a Friday and i was told it was ready on Thursday. I went to pick up the following Friday and only 1 was ready out of the 3, the gentleman said he's not sure on the length to hem. I was told to pick up the other 2 next day. I came back on a Monday and it was taken care of. The outcome was good. It was just the day of pick up takes longer. I am not in a rush anyway so I still gave them 4 stars. I really liked previous owners and was sad when they sold, but I couldn't be happier with the new (now not so new now) owners. The husband and wife owners are fabulous. Great service and they are always flexible when I need unique things done. I go there at least weekly and I am very happy with their cleaning and alterations. Awesome! Couldn't be more satisfied. She kicked butt on my wedding dress alterations last summer, as well as basically taking apart and then reconstructing the sheer jacket that accompanied it. Having had bad experiences at two other cleaners in the area, I decided to give this one another try, and was VERY pleased I did. I brought two suits in for alterations, and was presented with the alternative of buying a suit there that was for sale, and bought it for less money than alternations would have cost for one suit! I needed a couple pairs of same branded pants hemmed that I had bought. I had asked many people for suggestions, but had gotten a lot of feedback about places with really high prices. I decided to make my own decision and try Cleaners 99. It is conveniently located near a Walmart with plenty of parking and lots of food places. I was greeted kindly when I entered the store and I told them what I needed done. In order to correctly hemmed the pants they had siggested I come back with my dress shoes to get an accurate measurement. They wanted to make sure it came out perfect so I appreciate the advice. I came back the next day with my shoes, changed into my pants, and quickly got my measurements. I wasnt in a rush to get them back, but it only took 3 days to get back which is a pretty average good turn around for these typea of things. Pants came out absolutely perfect, they looked great, and I love them. I will probably get my clothes dry cleaned here in the future ad well. I highly recommend this place. They do great work and are very nice and wonderful people! read more

Being new to the area, and unsure of where to go to get a hem repaired on a pair of dress pants, I stopped in to Cleaners 99, which is conveniently located in the plaza in front of Walmart.
