Finally checked this place out and it was great! Wide menu variety and really great prices. For lunch nothing was over $10. I got the southwest chicken wrap and it was great! My parents had the burgers and wow they were really good. There was all different kinds to choose from. It's tough to find a place that serves a good burger but this place sure did! My first time trying this new restaurant- I've heard lots of good things and now I know why! I had the Baja chicken which was flavorful and moist served with rice and perfectly spiced black beans. Yummy! My friend had Shrimp Scampi which was loaded with shrimp - she's somewhat of a Shrimp Scampi connoisseur and she says give it 5 stars. Just not good. Kid Mac and cheese was boxed Kraft. I find that lazy and insulting. They could of at least doctored it up. The fryer oil needs to be changed. It left an awful after taste in my food. The place was busy but that is never an excuse for bad service. Our waitress took our order and dropped the food. She never checked in with us during the meal. I would not recommend. It's hard for me to even give this place a 1 star. There were 7 of us. We got seated fairly quickly. Drinks were takin, brought out in a timely manner. Orders were takin. After sitting there for 45 mins my 9 yr old granddaughter said it's been 45 mins since we ordered. Sad that she noticed that. During this time never saw our server. After an hr the food was brought out by other servers. Our server came out asked if everything was OK. Nope. A member of our party ordered onion soup oops, it was never brought out. The food was bad. Dry and flavorless burgers. My daughter ordered the chicken caprice. The chicken was as thin as paper. She had more bun than chicken. During this time we never saw our server. These days many people have dietary restrictions/requests. So far, all the places we've been to have been very accommodating to these needs. NOT GALLOWAY! My wife and I both ordered omelettes. We are eating a Ketogenic diet. No bread, no potatoes, no sugar. We asked that they substitute a vegetable to replace those unwanted items. NOPE! "You can have fruit", the waitress said. We then suggested cole slaw. "That's extra". Seriously. Spending $10 on an omelette and $2 for a cup of coffee, and nothing else on the plate. It actually looked ridiculous. How could the chef send a plate out looking bare? Not even a tomato slice. I took a chance to speak politely to the waitress about this. I explained we wont be coming back without any effort to accommodate us. Everywhere else we go is happy to replace potatoes with a vegetable. This is simple stuff people! The waitress told us we could talk to the manager when we pay at the register. Really?! She made no effort to offer any service to us at all. By the way... the omelette was typical diner style. Cannot begin to tell you how happy we are to finally have a place in Warwick that's not just "bar food" , where you have a large variety of choices. I've been ordering wraps, chicken sandwiches (American chicken), salads (the Galloway, Caesar) etc. so delicious! I wish I had better news. Upon entering this establishment which was formerly TNT Burger, we had high hopes. The greeter at the front was so friendly with the couple she seated before us. When she seated us, the greeting wasn't quite the same. No biggie. Then our waitress arrived. And with that the chill blew in and stayed. You know that "vibe" you get when a person's demeanor tells you they would rather NOT be doing what they are doing? Yeah that. Orders taken, deadpan - without the least bit of friendliness ... but it's was ok... since we are New Yorkers and can handle it. The contrast became all too apparent once we observed the same waitress GUSHING over the other patrons . Our meals arrived. They tasted good enough. Maybe this place was a good choice after all... Except my son then found a hair in his sandwich. Not a hair from the top of someone's head- not an eyebrow hair or a lash etc... a hair of a different type. Of course we were all disgusted. I turned to face our waitress who was again gushing enthusiastically with the patrons at the table behind us. I turned to face her and waited. And waited. Finally she looks up. Smile gone. Deadpan. My son tells her there is a hair in his sandwich ... no emotion, no apology, not one word is uttered as she picks up his plate, turns and walks off. When the new sandwich arrives, her apology was half hearted and too late. Upon paying, the cashier did remove the price of his sandwich. But that was only half of the problem. The waitress made certain that we did not feel welcome in this restaurant filled with homogenous patrons. Perhaps she felt discomfort by my husband's presence. American. Male. Neatly dressed. Black? Gosh darn it. Maybe that was it! Perhaps she felt we were not local. We are. Perhaps she felt we didn't belong and wanted to make sure we didn't come back? We won't. We had a great experience when this was still TNT Burger. We have had good experiences at other Warwick establishments throughout our almost 15 years living... LOCAL. To the owner/ manager- take care to train your lower level workers. Make certain that they do not allow their prejudices to color their demeanor... at least attempt to not make your personal feelings so... OBVIOUS at least ...not while they are at work. read more

A buddy and I stopped in for a quick meal last week. I haven't been there since it was the burger place. I ordered the pastrami reuben and it was swimming in oil/grease/butter. We have been here several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We've never been disappointed... Food was always excellent, abundant, and very flavorful. We've ordered many items on the menu and several specials over all the times we've eaten here and everything was always delicious. My hubby loves burgers and very discerning but, he complimented the burgers here and thinks it's one of the best in the area. Staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, prices are very reasonable. The owner is the chef and previously owned another restaurant in Warwick and will often come around to talk to the patrons when he's not busy cooking since he knows so many of the locals. I have to say, also, the owners have been continuing to work on the decor to make it better as time and $$ permits, to improve the look reduce room noise since it is an open and large room. Inside, it looks more like an upscale diner only because of the open room but, the food is definitely restaurant quality! They've recently added beer and wine to their menu, as well. Everything is a la carte, not your typical diner combos. Breakfast for four was $75 with tip. A five ounce juice glass of milk was $3.00, the "large" was $5.00, more than the cost of an entire gallon. The gouging on the drinks is enough for me not to return. read more

Where to begin. The owner is a very rude individual. Idc what the issue is but wishing death on a potential customer is not warranted. This guy is a real class act how you treat people is a real indicator of the type of person you are in this person is a p.o.s. probably wasnt loved enough as a child. Cursing someone out is a real professional way to run buisness. Hearing swearing in your buisness gives you that real warm and cozy feeling makes you want To spend your money there. Im not normally the type to leave reviews but i just feel compelled to let potential customers know who there giving buisness too. The pandemic has been hard, i had to find a way to make ends meat since my job has been shut down so im drivong for grubhub. Customer cancelled there order after i placed order thays not my fault!.
