Our service was back in 2016, so it was a while ago from this review. However, we had a pretty good experience overall and would use Advanced Door again. We had a salesperson come to our home and show us books on what options could be regarding our front door and storm door. We were told to also come into the showroom to check out the doors in person. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The showroom was very impressive and tons of stuff to check out. We sat with a salesperson again at the showroom and picked out our final design and color. The day of installation went well and the installers were clean and friendly. They took our old door away and did a good job with our front door. However, we noticed the design inlay on our front door clanked between the glass. The clanking was noticeable everytime we opened the door. Advanced Door made it right and got us a whole new door and then design inlay did not shake between the two pieces of glass - so this made me happy! They also provided a small bit of paint to make any touch-ups on the door. 5 years later, some of the paint has weathered away, so will have to use that to touch up. My only disappointment was the color of the door. We wanted a cherry red and that was the color I picked, but when the door arrived it was more muted and not as bright. I have grown to like the color at least but still a bit disappointing.

I called Advanced Door, and Tom figured out a solution I never would've thought of. His solution was better, more effective and cost less than my ideas, so I really appreciate the expert care. While waiting for my door to come in, my garage door broke. Advanced Door was able to come that same week. Fortunately, I got Brett. Brett fixed that specific issue, pre-emptively solved another issue he saw coming, and lubed up my garage door. He even patiently answered my questions about garage door maintenance, including showing me the location of the ball bearings that require yearly maintenance by getting up on the ladder and pointing them out while the temperature outside was in single digits in January. I will include a picture of my garage door, which is not that exciting. The picture is of the new bolt that Brett installed. I had called about the broken bolt on the other side, but Brett saw this bolt was about ready to give too, so he replaced it while he was here, instead of letting it break, at some inconvenient time, so I would have to call again. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!

Thanks Mike, we enjoyed working with you. Mike is very good with following up and answered all of our questions along with making the best recommendations based on our budget. The roof install went smooth and was complete within a day. We did have an issue with a section of roof shingles and a chimney flashing that weren't installed correctly at first but was later corrected 8 weeks later. It took a long time to get someone back out here to correct the issue. I was disappointed that the owner didn't respond to me directly however a company rep did help us in the end and everything was resolved. Glass block windows were installed for the basement and turned out great! The install time was only a few hours. The basement gets a lot more natural light now. New Gutters transformed the house made a big difference. Took a few hours for the contractor to install. The windows were installed in a day with 2 installers completing the job. We had an issue with a marble window sill cracking after the install. We were able to resolve the issue with the installer finding an almost identical sill which turned out to be a better fit. Very happy with the end result. Our energy bills have already gone down compared to the previous year. Large home projects can be difficult. Home owners must understand that there can and will be bumps in the road with any project. We were very happy and impressed in the end. The value of our home has gone way up since the appraisal. I stopped paying my monthly payments to Service Finance until this matter is resolved or unfortunately I will have to take them to court. this really stinks it has to come to this but they might not leave me any choice. Very unprofessional, don't listen to what you're saying and very rude on the phone. I can't believe they are still in business.
