I've gone there for three years and you can't beat the price. I even took my infant with me every two weeks for five months. One evening my friend and I went in for our fill. Everything was fine and I was waiting (30 minutes past my apt time) in the waiting area. I breastfed my son, covered I might add, so he would continue to stay calm. He's always been calm and collected and stays in his carrier at my appointments except one time when I held him during a pedicure. My friend was having her nails done by the guy in seat 1 and she stayed that as soon as I started breastfeeding, he told her that someone else needed to watch my baby if I came to do my nails. That I wouldn't be allowed to have my nails done if I brought him to the table with me (in his car seat or not). He stopped doing her nails halfway through and called me over to start on mine. He was extremely hostile towards me and asked why I came in so soon if my nails were hardly grown out. He also asked why I didn't have someone watch my baby while I came there. Every time another tech came over he would speak to them sternly in another language and would point at my baby and I. He asked again if someone else could watch my baby so my friend could finish her nails. At this point I felt extremely unwanted and left with my acrylics not even half done. Went in 2 hours before closing to be safe as I was a walk in but I was seated and tended to immediately even though place was full. I was extremely pleased with level and quality of service. Nails and toes look great and I was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was pleasant and professional and their work was very well done. Extras like beverages and wine served. TVs to watch but environment is tranquil. New chair and the massage in the chair was great. I felt like I had a spa day. Definitely going back again and again. read more

Loved loved loved!!!! Went to relax!! Because I needed to destress had mani/pedi and the woman was so nice and good.. she didn't clip my cuticles to where they bled like other people. Then when I did my feet the other women.. OMG!!! She went beyond her job massaging my toes, and feet!! I was so relaxed in the chair I almost fell asleep. I go there to relax not to be talked to and they understand that. They know the perfect type of customer service because the customer next to me and pedicurist were talking up a storm just laughing and she was giving her customer what she wanted.. read more

I keep my nails really short for convenience because of my line of work. I went in today and left with REALLY cute nails, but having had a horrible experience. I wanted to try the new powder thing, but was told I couldn't unless I got acrylic which I REALLY didn't want. I decided to just get gel polish instead and Kevin argued with me for a long while about how I should get acrylic because my nails are too short. He finally agreed to just put gel on my natural nails (and he did a great job) but was silent and rushed because he was notably annoyed with me. To top it off he CHARGED ME for a full set of acrylic with gel polish instead of just a manicure with gel polish. Most expensive manicure ever at $40 LOL. I would give them Zero stars. I don't trust them. Had a gel pedicure done. I had to go back two times to have a mistake that they made fixed. While they were doing my toes the third time they still wouldn't guarantee their product worked. Wasted two hours of my time and zero compensation. Very poor customer service in my opinion. read more

Safe to say I will not be coming back. This was my second experience with them and both times had extremely long waits with spotty, rude, rushed nail services where the techs were constantly getting up and not paying attention. But for this current experience, I came last week and was given the wrong dip color after waiting for 2.5 hours. I told them it didn't look right and I didn't like it and they just kept going and then sent me on my way. Then had a nail crack within 24 hours and finally break off after 4 days. When I came back in for the fix I recalled the number 176 was the color I had originally gotten but just so happened to check on the pre-done nail sets and noticed that the color that was on my nails was 177. I told the new tech the issue and they did not care at all and also got argumentative and rude asking why I didn't tell them during the service, call, or come within 2 days to tell them the color was wrong (keeping in mind I told them the day they were originally done that it didn't look right.) Oh and to get one nail fixed with this wrong color I waited in the tech chair for an hour before the fix was made. read more

Went in for a pedicure and a new set for my wedding (last minute, walked in). My poor planning came with a price. Got the new set on Saturday, by Monday the nails were all peeling off and cracking. Poor quality work...will not be back, will not recommend it. read more

Called an hour before they closed to make sure they would have time to give me a pedicure (trying to be polite and not keep them over there closing) they said to come on in. I drove up there (in less then 10 mins) and the door was locked with customers inside and they all just looked at me. Was rude. Won't be back. read more

Had gotten a mani/pedi gel manicure on Saturday, by Wednesday 4 of my nails have lifted. The nail tech was talking on his phone the entire time. I type on a keyboard all day so this shouldn't happen. This isn't the first time I've been to this salon and have this happen. Most likely will not return here. read more

I can in with two eyebrows, and left with one and a half. At first I was so in shock when she handed me the mirror that I didn't know what to say. And then when I asked her to fix it.... OH WAIT SHE CANT BECAUSE HALF MY EYEBROW IS GONE. Ended up going home and spending almost an hour trying to fill my eyebrows in to look even. read more

Horrible. Screwed my pedicure up twice in one sitting n my pinkie fingernail fill lifted the same day. Left crying on my birthday n went to other nail salon to get it fixed. Called the next day and asked for owner, I got the run around n hung up on multi times. Finally some lady who claimed to be owner sister called me back and I told her the situation n she said go up for refund. I get up there and manger Kelly became hostile and wouldn't refund my money. After agruing about the owners sister telling me to go back up there for refund she still refused to give me full refund and only half. I got tired n agreed so I could leave. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and never have seen such poor service....let alone left a nail salon crying on my birthday. I spent 70 dollars for poor work and poor service and then 20 dollars for nail salon down the street to fix and they only refunded me 30 dollars. Thanks for ruining my birthday. read more

All the other workers were nice except for the older lady who did my nails the other day. She did a great job, thats why I gave it two stars. For one, she kept pressuring me into getting gel on top of acrylic, I said I didn't have enough money and she insisted my nails would look horrible without it. She also said the color I picked out was horrible and was I asked for a better color she said "I wouldn't know because I don't know who you are" Okay lady. She also kept hitting my hand saying I was hard to work with because I wouldn't relax my hand. How can I relax my hand when you're putting it in impossible positions to relax in? I was also with a friend and she said she witnessed her pointing back at me and talking with her coworkers while I was washing my hands. One of the other workers came up and looked at my nails, I turned around and smiled. "Nice color" and started talking in her language to the woman who did my nails. read more
