I had some old gold jewelry sitting around (a few inherited pieces that weren't my style, a few pieces from my childhood, a few broken pieces, a few pieces that might not have been real gold). I brought them in to Gold Bloom. They did their thing, and a few weeks later I had cash in hand for my old gold! Boom...or should I say, Bloom?! I since brought in a black stainless steel necklace of my husband's that broke. They were able to seamlessly re-connect the necklace and make it evenly black near the break spot, so it looks like new! I'll definitely return to Gold Bloom to sell gold and repair jewelry. And we'll keep them in mind for fine custom jewelry pieces.

They happily did and answered my questions, and I ultimately ended up with a beautiful, dainty, sparkly gold-plated necklace - one of the ladies was wearing the same one and it looked beautiful on her. They placed the necklace in a box and a bag with tissue paper and made that super easy and presentable. Thank you! My friend loves the necklace and it looks beautiful on her too, by itself or stacked. Now I'm wondering: should I get the same one for me?! Either way, I need to visit Falling For Dainty again to look through all of their pretty pieces. It's a fun "shoppy shop" where you can browse unique items. We picked up two felt ornaments (a dinosaur and dog both wearing red scarves... they are currently hanging out on our mantle and I affectionately refer to them as my little troublemakers because they remind me of my husband and dog). Michelle was so sweet and we enjoyed our time chatting with her. The store is definitely worth checking out if you're around!
