The pool was an average size that quickly filled up with kids. The quiet and peaceful environment doesn't no exist, so if you're looking to relax in silence during your dip in the hot waters, it's not going to happen. The other amenities are way too crowded to enjoy. The couples massage was supposed 45 min but the ladies taking care of us weren't in the mood, so it was cut short by half. Over all the place was okay but yes it does need to be cleaned. And not worth money.

Signs remind everyone of the required 'Silence.' Very relaxing and therapeutic. Staff makes sure everyone sits on a mat in the pristine sauna. The women's locker room has been recently renovated. The drive over from downtown Tijuana is picturesque, with rolling hills and the border wall on your right, and the giant Pacific looming ahead of you. When I went in April 2021, you could only access the Malecon from the north entrance by the border wall. You had to get your temperature taken & then you were given hand sanitizer. Walker traffic was only allowed to flow north to south. The views along the walkway are beautiful. It really seems to attract more locals than tourists. There are vendors selling snacks and souvenirs and plenty of restaurants nearby.

We only paid $35 ($700 pesos) for the full course! Beautiful beach and very well kept from the water to the sand. Some come to fish right where the…read morewater breaks, the rest just walk up and down along the sand. You can't always get in the water due to the high bacteria levels, even though it does look clean and clear, it unfortunately is not. But even when it's deemed safe to swim, I would never get into the water here in Baja. There are some areas where there's a little bit of trash but it's way high up past where you walk. It kind of looks like there's some spots where people hang out at night with fire pits, and then leave their bit of trash behind. Along the way you'll see a high condo like building that was abandoned and unfinished where there's some big dirt heaps that's now used by dirt bikers as a ramp. And apparently you can actually drive right onto the sand, but we did see a big truck almost get stuck, so best to have a 4x4 if you're gonna drive your way to the water.
