My flight was at midnight and we needed to arrived early to Tijuana, as soon as we get there we took our bedroom. We paid for each of our pets but that's the least when you're looking for a good service in a city that you're not familiar with, service room dinner was very pleasant, inside the hotel everything looks very nice, clean, fresh and calm, I wished we could stay to enjoy a couple of days, but also the cherry of the pie was the transportation to the airport, no hustle having to go outside and looking for a cab on the street. If I ever have to go back to Tijuana this would be our favorite place to stay. Thank You so much for all the accommodations and hospitality. :))

And when we went down to the restaurant we waited 1 1/2 hrs to get our food. It wasn't packed and pretty empty so I don't understand why it took so long and we were limited to what we could order. Many people here waited so long to be attended. Food wasn't tasty except for the kids pizza. Beans and rice were cold. I would avoid this place it's not worth it and the service is horrible. I've been reading the responses from the owner and it's the same thing. We are working on it and will get the matter fixed for a better experience l, but it's hard to accept after so much time and little change!

He was able to start the project right away and initially seemed to take great care during the tile removal and replacement process. Unfortunately, there were grout droppings left all along the pool's newly refinished floor surface. As I was returning from vacation and reached out to Billy about it, he suggested our pool service brush it with a wire brush. My pool technician had already tried this, and it did not work. Now we are unfortunately left with white blobs all over the floor of our pool. I was hoping for a better resolution to fix the damage.
