Surely my hubby and I enjoyed those huge slides and the hot tubs. It was just pure fun! My little daughters enjoyed the splash pad, dolphin kiddie pool, and the big waves too. The only downside is that no outside food is allowed. 2 slices of pizza and 8 pcs of nuggets cost almost $25. The entrance went up to $67/person since last time (3 yrs ago). I could understand with everything going up, but they removed the unlimited soda machines, which were included before. They, however, included the life vests for the kiddos. As parents, that's more in favor of us. All in all, we would still go back.

There are two hot tubs present - the single tub is much hotter than the double one, but both are nice to relax in. The Waterpark has many slides - some for kids, but many more for more grown folks, ranging from intermediate to extreme "difficulty." There is a bar and snack restaurant, serving pizza, hot dogs, nachos, etc.

The staff said "you need to take off your socks or just buy some socks" I don't wanna buy some overpriced $5 socks just to jump on a trampoline for one hour! Neither do I want to be barefoot because one of my friends had an infection on his foot once and didn't pay for socks. It says the facility is being cleaned lots, but never have I EVER seen eve 1 staff cleaning the trampolines. The trampolines were absolutely dirty. Would not recommend, will tell my friends never to come until this stupid rule is fixed.

My visit was courtesy of a coupon I got out of a book whose proceeds go towards acquiring service animals for wounded vets so kudos to Launchpad for being willing to take a bit of a hit financially to support a great cause! The facility itself is huge with several different games like basketball and dodge ball set up incase you or your little ones aren't into just straight jumping. You have to go in without socks which at first made me a bit leery but upon inspection it looks like they do a decent job of keeping the place tidy. My friend who is a major germaphobe even gave it her stamp of approval which I was not expecting. The staff are friendly (at least the three we deal with were pretty good) I even saw one playing with a little girl who looked to be four or five whose older brothers had left her behind to do their own things. Considering all the staff we saw were also teens that was way more involvement than I had been expecting and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I think my only real complaint with this place is how the timing of the jumps works. As a prior reviewer mentioned your time starts as soon as the band is printed and ignores the fact it takes a person a few minutes to take their shoes off and get a locker. I want to believe they are aware of that and it seemed that way as we weren't chased out right at 7 but it also was not busy when we went so they make be stricter in peak hours. All in all it was a cool experience and a great workout! Don't just take my word for it though...pile some friends and family into the car and go check it out for yourself. Happy jumping my friends!

And I have small guys (ages 3 and 1.5) and they literally had games designed for all ages. They had classic shoot em up games but also some active ones and little rides for the super little guys. Ones that would take your picture and print it out too. The games pass card was so easy to use and it was awesome to be able to try as many games and whatever games the kids wanted without having to worry. Love that you pay for a length of time instead of a certain value of coins/tokens/etc. Of course sugar and pop galore, but also surprisingly healthy food options. Like a veggie platter and a salad bar. Nice to see the healthy options too. Pizza of course was the best. We came for a kids birthday party and I do admit waiting for the main show, that would be an appearance by the Chuck e Cheese mouse took way too long. But they did have some fun interactive things for the kids like a birthday song with actions, air tunnel ticket tornado, and of course goody bags. Will we do a birthday party here in the future? Yup definitely!

It was busy with lots of birthday parties but the busyness was part of the charm and excitement of this place. I bought 1 hour of play (split between 2 play cards) for $30. I let the kids share the cards because it's just easier that way. We took a break after 30 mins of play and ordered a medium cheese pizza and 2 drinks. The cost was about $30 for that. The pizza was able to feed 4 little kids which was awesome. The pizza is a thin crust and super tasty. It's definitely made fresh and the kids devoured it. There was also an employee walking around with a schwack of cotton candy bags and a debit machine. She was selling the bags for $4 each and what a great idea! Overall the kids had a blast here and highly recommend coming here with your kids!

The arcade area was kid friendly but kind of pricey at $2-$3 for each game. I found the dark mini golf was a bit challenging for 3-4 year olds. The parents helped their kids. I had moments where I couldn't see my son because it was so dark. My son said some of the decor was a bit too scary for him. It felt like Halloween. I could see what he meant that it would be scary for young kids. Overall, a cool place to host a party.

There was nothing really exciting through each obstacle course. They were all very similar terrain. If you do lose your golf ball in the water, you do have to go and retrieve it. They will not issue you another ball. There is a stick located in the golf course you have to go fetch. Also, there wasn't really anyone maintaining the area so there were groups that took longer and then we had a skip obstacle courses. You can probably spend an hour to 90 minutes here at most. I would skip this attraction.

I like mini-golf, but don't go here for a serious game. It also gets weird and irritating when you have onlookers, but that's what you get for playing in the mall. Some of the cool features they had before have been taken away (a batting cage/ ball pit), a bounce castle, and a rocking boat, to name a few) That being said, the play area is usually pretty clean. The kids can easily spend an hour or two here. I found that my nephew started losing interest here when he was around 7. The bathrooms are also usually well maintained as well (although at our last visit, there was a huge puddle of water by the sinks and not much soap in the dispensers). There is a separate (and gated) area for the younger set that has a small climbing area with slide, a large ball pit, and various play things (soft play structures, a tunnel, play kitchen, etc) They have daily specials that range from free coffee or discounted admission all until a certain time. Check their website for more information. I usually come during the week, so don't find the place overly crowded. I once came on a PD day and it was terribly busy. Free cubbies for shoes by the front door. Theres also lockers for jackets and other belongings, but they don't lock (keys have gone MIA over time) so bring valuables at your own risk. Free parking available in the huge shared lot outside. Free wifi available for the parents. I like the screens in the eating area that allow parents to keep an eye on their kids through the random cameras spread out through the play area.

Personally I love this place because of the layout, if you want to go up and climb with your kid the jungle gym setup allows for some pretty tall adults to be able to get to main ball pit zone with relative ease, or you can stay on the floor and be able to keep a good eye on your kid as they go off. Mondays are also free coffee day so another perk to going. This place can get really busy on the weekend but during the week it isn't overly busy and relatively quiet. We enjoy that they have a rock climbing area, multiple slides, a gated toddler/baby zone for your small ones, plenty of seating to eat at, loads of food and snack options at a decent price, and an arcade zone. The staff are kind and easy going, the bathrooms are always clean and smell nice. If you plan on going often they do have a pass package you can buy but keep in mind it's only good for kids aged 1-3.
