Max greeted us immediately & Raven was right there with us to answer e.v.e.r.y. question I had, make helpful (& cost efficient) suggestions & was truly interested & persistent (but w/o any pressure!), in helping us find EXACTLY what we came in for! Their sales team does a great job at knowing the "in's & outs" of all their products & made us feel comfortable from the start regarding ANY type of question we had. I entered the store and was greeted by the guy with the ponytail. His name is Malachi and I showed him the product. I bought two days prior that I did not open, but a part of it was open and damaged and scratched then a female walked up and said what are we have here? What's going on? Her name is Raven She immediately scripted all this product comes this way went from manufacture. So I explained while I would just like either my money back or store credit, they looked at me with a smile on their face and said oh I'm sorry all we can do is give you a coupon And of course I refused, why would I ever come back to a place that treats their customers like idiots. Malachi then pointed out see all these signs. No return policy. Well, let's just look at the receipt. Nope you cannot sell a product. It's unopened or used and not return. So I had them call the district manager, so Raven went to the back and acted like she made a phone call when she came back said sorry but no I. Ant return a unused broken tobacco tray, I asked her who she spoke to so I want to see if the name is correct. If you need anything and want customer service don't come to this location. The way I was treated by both Malachi and Raven is wrong. When a customer walks in and it's graded very nicely, then asked politely I need to return this and another coworker immediately bulrushes you to make you say the exact same thing you said and then open it clearly can tell it's damaged still has the plastic on it and told this is how it arise by the manufacture sorry we can't help you. The only thing I can do is call the district manager in the way she said it I said yes please. Normally I don't care if there is something you can't do but I was completely lied to because one looked at the other to make sure all we can't help this gentleman and I was being as nice as a friend and don't get me wrong I understand there's rules, but this was up to Raven, who went into the back to make a call to see if she could help me out, knowing she was not gonna make that call Malachi said during her back room call to the on call district manager, Malachi said prepare yourself they will say no. So I went back to the display of tobacco trays and saw one that I would like to exchange or use money from an exchange. So another employee took it down and handed me and I asked about exchanges return policy and heard a difference story of return policy, but it's up to Malachi. So as soon as Raven came out of the back room, she shook her head no so politely I said I understand. Turn to Malachi and said hey can we do an exchange for this one and I'll cover the rest with cash. He said no there's no way I can do that. This is an unused tray that has malfunction or damage to be the correct word. The night I purchased the tray there were other things going on in this store that others would be appalled. I'll hold that story for another time. I just want to not not be treated ignorant like that's the first time I've walked through those doors and the biggest thing is lied to on top of bullied up on. Honestly, I wish I was writing this review with something good to say. I've been coming here for over two years and I've gotten most of my toys solely from Galaxy. Last night I went in because the one I bought a couple months ago it's not working properly anymore and I wanted to upgrade to a better one. The customer service was no less than great per usual. I was greeted by everyone immediately as I walked in, told her exactly what I was looking for, and immediately guided me into the section. Now usually I'm up for recommendations, but this time I was very set on what I wanted to buy and what I had in mind and was very clear on what I was looking for. She offered some thing similar, spoke highly of the brand and persuaded me into buying this item, but when I got home I quickly realized that it wasn't entirely was was offered. She sold me on a specific function on the toy and failed to mention that it was missing something that that I was very clear that I needed. I've never not liked a toy before, but this one was absolutely horrible. To be honest, I hated it, it's probably the worst toy I've ever bought and to make it worse, it's the most expensive toy I've ever bought. But as I mentioned before, I am returning customer and I do know and understand the return policy so when I went back less than 12 hours later, I knew fully well and was prepared to spend more money to buy another toy. What I wasn't prepared for was for one of the girls who had checked me out, again less than 12 hours before, said that she didn't remember me. Which I knew it was a lie because again I had just seen her and she was the one who checked me out and for the guy who I was explaining everything to just looked at "I'm sorry..? " I even asked if there was a small discount or something I could get for the second toy I was going to buy or something cheaper since I just wasted all that money but nope... They basically put the blame on me and she didn't claim to remember me. I checked out 1:30am Sunday morning 30 min prior to closing and I was back at 10:30 am Sunday Less than 12 hours ago.... I almost feel like they just wanted to make a sale and not really care about the customers at all which was never my experience here which is why is so disappointing. I explained the situation multiple times and told him that I know I have to buy another toy. I was just asking for a small discount since I would then be spending over $200 in less than 12 hours but instead they were OK was just letting me leave then to the rectify a situation I believe was rigged from the beginning. Loosing a costumer to make the sale... I guess I'll be taking me business and all the recommendations I've been passing a long to my friends else where. So sad. read more

They had like 1 quartz banger on the whole wall.. no vapes, not even anything old-school like a titanium nail.. definitely stuck behind in the times. Gotta keep up with the ever changing industry, which has grown exponentially over the last 10 years with concentrates/vapes taking over the market.
